"I was dissapointed how the toaster oven works for toast doesn,t toast well now I fiind out it was a refurbished model and I didn,t know that when I purchased it on linewish I could get a new one instead or have them send me one"

"The convection oven is quick and easy! Cooking time is shorter than regular toaster oven ; today I used it for 4 different things.
Downside is glass (such as casserole tops) is not recommended because of the intense heat so I just use alumminum foil to cover. Also the fan tends to be noisey."

"This is a great toaster oven, not only toasts, but bakes, broils, etc. I have a large family and I bought it because it can toast 6 pieces of bread at once. it does a good job and looks very stylish.
Drawbacks are that it is taller than most ovens, might not fit all countertops. I thought it had two toasting shelves, but it doesn't. There was a small ding in the back of the oven -- it was not securely packed for shippping, so it may have occured during shipping. Since the ding was not visible, it did not bother me."

"This is a great little toaster oven. I have used several others and they burned toast and under cooked my english muffins. This one has broil and convection and reheats left over sandwiches better than the microwave!"

"After using this over for only a few weeks, the door does not close as tightly as it used to. When I received the oven, the back was dented in, but since it did not affect the oven's performance, I accepted it. Other than the door, I really like that the oven bakes evenly and quietly. I was a good buy all in all."

"Wow - this little oven packs a powerful punch. My only question is why we never purchased one sooner. Love how cripsy things turn out. English muffins never tasted so good in the toaster. Left overs - taste like fresh, including deep fried items. Pizza you have to watch more closely - it burns - but everything else we've cooked in here comes out like a charm. I'd highly recommend this. Takes up less counter space than our old toaster oven & that had no convection in it. Try it - you'll love this little oven."
