"A lot of the reviews I read before purchasing this seat cover did not say what kind of car they had, whether it fit or didn't. So let me start by saying I have a 2001 Ford Taurus and it fits the back seat fine. The problem I am having, is that the anchor straps do not quite work for this type of car seat. ( I do have the Car (baby) Seat anchors on the back widow panel and they are a plus with this cover ) It will definitely work better for seats that you can access the underneath and back of the seat. Not crazy about the plaid, would love to have one in solid color. I will have to modify it to work for my car, BUT when I do, it will protect my leather seat just fine. It is sturdy and well made. For the price... a few modifications will be worth it."

"I wanted something that looked nicer than a couple of blankets over the seats in our van. And, this cover does LOOK better. But, after only a few days, the sections for the seat belts to come through had ripped. And, these areas would not stay closed with the velcro fastening. So all the dog hair, etc. that we wanted off the seat, just went through the hole there.
Still not sure why all the pet seat covers don't just cover up the seat belts, we don't put people on those covers!"

"I agree with the reviewer that stated the straps on the side do not fit anything. They do not fit over the sides of the seat. Luckily there are straps that hook on to the headrests. I have two Cocker Spaniels and for some reason this cover is a magnet for their hair. I have washed it and the hair just sticks to it. You cannot shake it off and a lint brush did not work. I think a plain old towel would be better than this."

"I purchased this seat cover after reading all the reviews as well as pricing similar products in the store and on other internet sites. For the price, this product is a great value, however I think this was made specifically for SUV's and the cover is not very compatible with Honda's back seat. The elastic to keep the cover in place don't stay put as well as the extra clips/attachments don't have anywhere to attach in my vehicle. I honestly don't see how this cover would fit well in an SUV assuming the back seat is larger than mine because it barely covers my entire seat. I can't pull the seatbelts through without adjusting the cover, then it doesn't cover the seat. It'll do until I choose to purchase a properly fitting seatcover. It was value priced and you get what you pay for."

"This is a very good seat cover but I was hoping it would fit in our '92 Accord, even if I needed to make adjustments. It is not quite wide enough or tall enough to cover the seat completely. The Velcro slots for the seat belts don't have wide enough openings or are placed too close to each other for a proper fit. It will probably fit nicely in our VW Beetle since it's a smaller car and only seats 2 in the backseat. The seat cover itself is very thick and durable."

"I purchased this as a gift for my daughter who just adopted a new puppy. The cover fits perfectly in her Nissan Sentra. I don't know how this would fit an SUV though. But perfect for her car! Very durable material and installing is VERY simple. I would highly recommend this for anyone who has pets and likes to take them in their car. I give it 5 stars!!"

"The seat cover wasn't as big as I thought but serves the purpose. I would say it does seem to be durable. Looks nice on the seat and covers most of it. I have not washed it yet so cannot comment on that yet. I would recommend this if you have a small car with small back seats. It would probably fit perfectly."

"I bought this for my subary legacy and it does not stay on the full seat. I like that it has buckle straps to go aroundthe head rests, but the elastic on the four corners does not go around anything so it does not stay in place. The dog hair does not shake off of the seat cover at all. It is more like a magnet, making my car look ten times more covered in dog hair. Maybe this is because my dog has white fur, but part of the reason I got it was because I thought it would be easy to remove and shake off. It is not! There is stil just as much dog hair on my back seat!"

"I am very pleased with the purchase of the Universal Fit Seat Cover. My main concern was the fit. I have a Chevy Trailblazer with a large backseat area. There's more than enough room for my very large German Shepherd. I was so pleased to find the cover not only is large enough but have found it to be such a time saver due to the ability to fix in place with the seat belts through the slots in the garment. I no longer spend 20 min. tucking in a blanket, only to have it slip off the seat as soon as my dog jumps in or moves around. The price was so low I was afraid it would not be large enough or sturdy. I've found this to be the best money I've spent to protect my leather seats and saving time .
I highly recommend this for anyone with pets or even children to protect seats from scratches and/or spills. All my friends with large dogs want one.

"I love this slipcover and so do my two labs! It is a very good fit for my Hyundai Santa Fe, not sure if it would fit a larger SUV though. It looks great and is easy to brush/wipe off. I haven't washed it yet. My 4 and 5 year-old black lab and black lab mix (long hair) really like to rub their faces and heads on the cover for some reason. When they jump in the back seat, the cover doesn't slide. I don't have the seatbelts pulled through the openings since I seldom have back seat passengers other than the dogs, but it would be easy to pull them through when needed."

"I have a Haundai Elantra and the length is perfect. I am just not sure how to hook the rubber straps on each top seat corner. It also may just be the design of my car, otherwise I am very happy with the product."

"I suspect that this was truly made for SUV or mini-Van as the cover does not fit my Acura 4-DR as well as I would have liked. It does not connect at the bottom well at all. Additionally the positioning for the seatbelt opening is off in my car and thus make is difficult if passengers in the back go to seat on this product. You are basically forced to remove it when you have backseat passengers. It is good in capturing my dog's shedding hair abd protects the seat from her claws. For the value it's not a bad product. I do wish that it came in the color of black."

"I have a Murano and didn't expect the cover to have a perfect fit. I had read the other reviews and knew I would have to be creative in that department. No problem, I got it to fit great. I have 6 dogs and do dog sports, so the car seat is usually full of fur. I even have one pup who does the "seat digging thing" . It still stayed put. After a weekend tournamnet I removed the seat cover threw it over my fence, swept it with a broom, ready to go again. Didn't even have to drag out the vacuum. I also have a Durango and the cover does fit it perfectly. I'm glad I bought two. At such a good price I will probably buy some more as gifts for my other "doggie friends"."
