"I did not have any problems assembling this product as previous reviews have suggested. The screw holes all lined up and the instructions were very easy to follow. I was able to get this together by myself, but I could barely push the two 70 pound boxes through my door (I'm a small female). The product looks beautiful and I love all the different ways it can be setup. The materials are cheap however and would not hold up to regular use. It is overpriced because I'm sure it covers the extra cost of shipping these two oversized, heavy boxes."

"It's a handy product overall, but it keeps losing the connection to the keyboard & mouse on both computers, forcing me to reboot. I have seen this problem before on lower end KVMs, so if you're willing to shell out serious cash, it may be worth buying a nicer model. It might not be good for a computer in the long run to have to cut its power in order to reboot it because there's no other way to restart it without the keyboard & mouse! It also has so many wires plugged into all four sides, I don't think there's a way to put it on top of a desk without creating a big mess. So I have mine on the floor and have to reach down everytime I want to switch computers. There are other models that do a better of organizing the wires so they only come out of the back of the unit and don't look so unsightly. But you can't beat the price of this KVM!"

"While I can no longer use it wirelessly, it does still work when plugged into the USB port. Unfortunately, I didn't save any of the paperwork, so I can't return it. I also didn't realize I was buying a refurbished mouse. As for the "laser" accuracy, it is no different from a regular optical mouse, so it's not worth the extra cost."

"This is a beautifully made product at a value price compared to competitors. However, it is gigantic! You could inflate the tires with one pump of the handle. It is about four times larger than your typical tire pump. Definitely not portable on your bike trips. I wish it would have been smaller."

"I've been using this several weeks on top of a plain mattress (i.e. no pillow top) and can't feel any difference between having the foam on the mattress or not. I am a lightweight woman, so perhaps the foam is too dense to allow me to sink into it. I think it might work better for a heavier person that might sink into the foam and get some comfort out of it."
