"sturdy but handy gadget. Does allow to work every muscle group and is good for the price. Of course I have to use it for it to work! but it's better than any expensive machine."

Does Anyone Own a VHS Player?, May 31, 2007

"The product information fails to mention the video is in VHS format. The quality of the mat and magic circle seem to be good, but without some type of instructions I won't be able to use them until I purchase a DVD video.
I gave this product one star because the description did not mention it came with an antiquated VHS tape. Does anyone own a VCR? :)"

"The product is not bad, the video is pretty good, BUT the matt is not the best quality in the world. If you want to buy this just for the matt then you are better off getting it somewhere else. The creases are left very easily on it, it looks worn =("
