"I got this for my elderly mom's house because she has a dog that has been having "accidents" for several years in one area of the living room, and has fur/dust not to mention cat dander from her other baby that sleeps with her. Well, the cough that she has had throughout my 30+ years seems to have calmed down now during the night and the room is much more pleasant to sit in. It is neatly located in the room and can be walked right past without noticing. Only negative is that you can hear it run, but the no replacing filters makes up for that."

"This product is intended to remove particulate matter, and it does its job. However, it is not a heavy duty ionizer that produces prodigious amounts of ozone, so do not expect this unit to remove major household odors."

"This is the best air purifier I have bought to date. It is quiet and really cleans the air in my room. I haven't had the airpurifiers long enough as yet to have to clean them, but the instructions seem straight ahead and seem easy enough to do. I bought 2 and got a wonderful rebate of $ 75.00, which hasn't shown up yet, but I trust it will soon. Overstock had the best price and availability. Good deal and I am quite happy with both Enviracaire 60000 Air Purifiers."
