"I love purses that are backpacks. I have a difficult time keeping a purse on my shoulder and backpacks have been the answer. I love this pack because it is small but still holds everything I need, pockets for phone, credit cards, cash and personal items. All hands free. It also does not stick out like others can. It's attractive and I love the leather which is very soft. I like the zipper closures as well. This pack is wonderful. I ordered another and gave it to my daughter-in-law. plus, you can't beat the price!"

"I've had this handbag for about 2 months now, and I love it. It appears small when it arrives, but holds quite alot. I've had no problem with space. The only reason I rated durability a 4 and not a 5 is because I haven't owned it very long, and I truly don't know the "lifetime" of the product, but so far I see no reason or indication that it won't last. The leather is real nice - very, very soft. The phone pocket on the side is easily accessible. And I really enjoy the front wallet section, which makes access to my ID/credit cards, etc. very handy, yet with the zippers I don't feel they are insecure. I'm very impressed with this handbag, especially for the price. I've owned others, which were much more expensive, and not nearly as user friendly. I'm completely satisfied with this purchase."

"I am known as the person who has everything in her bag. This is an illusion bag to say the least! I can pack everything and MORE in this soft, supple, leather backpack. I love this bag so much that I turned around and ordered another one right away on the same day. I was afraid that when I received the first one I might love it so much that I would want another one. I wasn't wrong. (Thanks to a review I saw that the women said she wished she'd purchase two!) I will say they had a pretty strong "new leather" smell, but newspaper stuffed inside and airing out overnight pretty much did the trick. Contents: Checkbook, Disabled Parking Permit, cell phone, blue tooth headset, make-up bag, jeweler's loop, eye glass cloth, money, coinage, keys, pen, palm pilot, miscellaneous bag of toiletries, sewing kit, medications, ACM credit card holder. I'm sure that I am missing something, but boy oh boy, does this bag hold it all. Nice, neat and compact. Love, love, love it! I will buy more when this comes back in stock!!"

"I'm pleasantly surprised by how nice this back pack purse is. The leather smell was very strong but I did the stuffing with newspaper and put it in a baggie with baking soda routine and it helped.Haven't really put it to the test yet. Will be taking it on a trip in October seeing NYC and DC. Hopeit holds up."

"I bought this bag to take on a 3 day trip to Boston where I would be doing alot of walking. I knew that I would be getting on and off the subway (T) and boats etc. I had two purse sized unbrellas, two packable raincoats, my bilfold, reading glasses, sunglasses and a guide book. This was all in the main compartment. I had lipgloss etc in some of the outer pockets. Most of the time I kept the shoulder straps zipped together, but I also wore it as a backpack several times and it worked out great. As you can tell, I think this is a wonderful bag."

"This purse is a good value. I like it's size (I am not fond of large purses), and I like the compartments, especially the cell phone pocket on the side. I also like the side zip for the main compartment; I find it much easier to handle than a top zip. I had the straps lengthened and swapped out the metal loops at the bottom for swivel rings, as I like to be able to more comfortably wear the purse as a shoulder sling. It is hard to find swivel rings on backpack purses, so I bought the rings and had a shoe/leather repair shop put them on. As the purse itself was so inexpensive, the small fee for the rings and repair made sense to me. Now, you just unhook one ring, move it over to the other side with the other ring, and the purse fits better over your shoulder as a sling. When the purse first arrived, I did have to put the purse outside in the fresh air for a few hours per day for the first few days as the leather smell was quite strong. I haven't used the purse yet as I am saving it to take on a trip soon, so I cannot comment on it's durability; the reason for the 3 star in that category. Others have said it did not stand up long, but I think the price and what I plan to use it for, it is still a good value. I actually had purchased a similiar backpack purse which was a little larger, but it was over $150.00, and I sent it back when I found this one."

"I really like this backpack. It is smaller than I thought but it was still quite useful while on a motorcycle vacation with my husband. The pocket on the outside that holds credit cards, money, & license was very convenient when we made stops because I didn't have to dig out a wallet. It even made it through a soaking rain and still looks great!"

"I bought this backpack when my old backpack tore after 4 years. The only reason I gave 4 stars to Durability is that I have been using it for 2 months only. I carry it everyday to my work and dump a lot of stuff in it and its perfect for me. Especially I like the built in wallet for cards, cell pocket and back pocket. Mine is an old model small cell so it perfectly fits in the cell pocket, but If your cell is little bigger then that pocket would be of no use to you. The back pocket is very useful."

"This backback is great. It is a nice soft leather and is just the right size. I love backpack purses. They keep my hands and arms free. And this is the first backpack purse I have had with a side opening. The side opening allows for easy access. In the past, I have had top opening backpack purses, and my stuff always seem to find its way out. But now, this is no longer a problem with this side opening backpack. Also, it has plenty of outer zipper pockets to hold all of my stuff. This purse is actually better looking when it arrives then what is pictured. Would highly recommend this backpack purse, and the price is great. You get a lot of "bang for your buck.""
