"Got the PDA and opened it up and didn't include the Grafiti 2 sticker but no big deal. Some of the letters and numbers were tricky to learn without it. Installation was easy, couldn't use the photoshop on my laptop, might have to reload it. Worked on desktop anyways. Performs good and would recomend it."

"The unit was everything I expected and more!It arrived(as always)very quickly.As for being blemished you have to look very close to see the very tiny scratches on the plastic housing.This is my first PDA and I think its great.It is very easy to use and was a breeze to set up.Overall a great deal at a great price!"

"I purchased the blemished Palm for a price that was slighly cheaper than buying a new one, however, I wish I would have spend the extra $20 and got a new one.
I was optomistic about the refurbished Palm, I guess that was based on the price I paid for it. Unfortunately, the device makes a clicking noise a couple of seconds after I write something or touch the screen. Also, as I was using it today, it just went completely black. I'm not getting it to work even after it's charged!
The price I paid for a device that works less than average is disappointing. I'm not sure I'll ever order from Overstock.com again."

"I decided to purchase a PDA because I wanted to become better organized. At first I was skeptica labout purchasing a PDA because I thought it would be difficult to use. I am glad that I purchased this PDA because it is not complicated to use at all. Also, this PDA helps me to stay organized and I like entering information into the PDA versus writing it down on paper. The PDA doesn't come with a manual so it was difficult for me to figure out the features at first. I had to download the manual from the palm website. Overall, this is a great buy for the price."

"I have been a Palm user for years. I only got this because my Zire 31 got cooked in the sun. The Palm OS is my favorite, easy to use and tons of add on programs if you want.
This unit is very compact, but is very user friendly. a very nice PDA for the money."

"I was really hoping that my first PDA would have been much better. It did not come with an operators manual, just a cd and the cords. Unfortunately due to the "Firewall" restrictions at my place of employment, I am unable to use the device as intended. Basically I now use it as an address book and I can also use it to keep track of notes but then I have to come back to my computer and manually re-write the notes again. Too bad for me!"

"At first I was hesitant to buy a refurbished item especially for a PDA but now I'm glad that I did. The price was very good and the product is like brand new. Installation was very easy and it just took me minutes to sync up my calendar and other info from my laptop to the PDA. I take it with me all the time. I also recommend getting the 2 year extended warranty especially for something that's refurbished - it doesn't cost much and it gives me peace of mind that if something goes wrong, I'm confident that it will be fixed appropriately."
