"This was my first plumbing project, and I was impressed with this faucet. I've had it installed in my kitchen for 3 1/2 weeks and have been very pleased with it since it arrived in the mail. It was very easily installed, sat solidly in the sink and has been trouble free. I love the weight of the faucet and sprayer, I felt that I had gotten more than my money's worth with this piece."

"Like many other shoppers I was skeptical of the quality and have been VERY pleased with this faucet. I like how solid it is and the preformance of the sprayer. I've been using it for 4 months, thus far I'm happy with my purchase and I'm purchasing another one for a rental property! (I have a plumber installing it, so I can't actually comment on ease of installation)"

"I was slightly skeptical when I saw this faucet on Overstock selling for so much less than the name brand faucets in the showrooms and at other online stores, but the faucet is beautiful! It's heavy, sturdy, and seems to be very well crafted. My kitchen is still under construction so I haven't actually had this installed yet, but my biggest concern, that the quality of the faucet would match the very low price, has already been addressed. I would definitely recommend this faucet as long as the other reviewers don't have anything terrible to say about how it functions! This is a great deal, you'll be happy, I know I am!"

"I have had this installed for several weeks. It appears to be a good quality faucet. I especially like the quality of the sprayer which is fast action and comes out easily because of the stainless hose. It is also heavy enough to control it well. The only "minor" negatives I can think of are the spray from the main nossle can splash around so I have learned not to use it full pressure. Also the the middle flange that meets the counter is not tight so I had to be sure there was sufficient putty underneath in case water gets under this flange. Overall I am very pleased."

"This was worth every penny. Very good construction - brass and looks fantastic. Better price than anything else on the market today for satin nickel. The price was amazing. Would buy one for every room in the house if we had multiple kitchen sinks :) You won't be dissapointed."

"It is beautiful but it failed in a year. We installed this faucet a year ago. Within 6 months it began to leak. The 12 months after the intial install the faucet broke off causing water to spew all over the kitchen. Not worth it."

"This faucet is fine, but not the amazing find I had hoped for, based upon other reviews. We installed it in our existing kitchen; it was not part of a remodel. It is quite heavy and attractive in appearance. The sprayer, in particular, is extremely heavy, which is very different from the typical flimsy plastic sprayers. My husband was able to install the faucet quite easily. He is concerned that the lack of a gasket means the sprayer will leak in future, but we'll have to wait and see. The sprayer does bump the faucet handle, but that is due to the placement of the sink holes and not the faucet's design. The main disappointments I had with the unit were: 1. the aerator frequently leaks and I usually have to twist it to re-tighten after going from stream to spray; and 2. once installed, there is a fair amount of play in the faucet-- i.e., you can feel it wiggle in your hand, it isn't fixed very strongly into the sink. My husband offered to design/build a bracket to mount underneath to steady it if the problem gets worse. It is not a deal-breaker, but not what I'd hoped for from the unit. So in my experience, the faucet is reasonably heavy and solid, and very attractive, but does have some leakage issues. Overall, it just isn't the blockbuster I was expecting. While I am keeping it, if I had it to do over I would shop around a bit more."

"This is a wonderful product. It is just what we wanted and what we expected from a quality item. It is well made. We were amazed at how heavy it is. Even the sprayer is of first quality, not a cheap add-on. We are very, very satisfied with this faucet and look forward to years and years of service from it."

"This is really a beautiful kitchen faucet; it looks great in our new kitchen with stainless steel appliances (and the stainless Artisan sink Overstock sells, too). It has the looks and appears to have the quality of a faucet costing hundreds of dollars more. It's a great size, and is nice and heavy; even the sprayer is brass. We've seen some "brass" faucet sets that include plastic sprayers, so read descriptions carefully if you care. We replaced a cheaper faucet that we decided was way too ugly for our new kitchen (that one also had a plastic sprayer). Our contractor wasn't familiar with the brand, but was very impressed with the quality. Since we were drilling holes and mounting in new counter tops, we moved the sprayer over a little to prevent bumping it with our hands when turning it on. One reviewer mentioned that they bumped their hands on the sprayer when using the cold, but I suspect that could happen with any faucet set with lever handles if the 4th hole is too close. We saw this same exact faucet at another online (discount) site for $600, so this is a fantastic bargain."

"This faucet is absolutely beautiful! Looks great in my new kitcen. I have not been able to use it as of yet but i feel sure it will work great. I did not install myself but from what i understand it was an easy installation. The only issue i have is that the cold water handle bumps against the sprayer as you turn it on and off. Overall it is a very heavy, well made faucet that would have cost me MUCH more had i purchased it anywhere other than Overstock.com!!"

"This faucet looks phenomenal! Very easy to install except my countertop was a bit thicker than the stems and I had to buy extenders. Besides that it was a breeze. The only thing I don't like is the built in aerator. The water doesn't come out of the faucet like a normal faucet with a single flow of water...it has a spray flow like a shower head...and you can't change or modify it. It makes filling up bottles difficult and its also very splashy. Your countertop will get more wet than normal...because of how the water flows out of this faucet. I get many compliments on it though and will just live with the splashy flow of water."

"The wife said this faucet only sprayed (on this site). I found the trick to have a steady stream. Just pull the bell end down. So, you can use a spray or a steady stream pattern on this faucet. Very nice! Very well built! Another happy customer!"

"This is a quality made, beautiful to look at faucet. I shopped many stores for many days, and what a value for the quality. It installed in less than 5 minutes - in fact, it took longer to take off my old faucet than to install this one. And it works great."

"I like the faucet alot. My only concern is that there were no instructions about the actual faucet - only the installation instructions. This faucet has a airrater that appears to be able to send a direct stream or a spray stream. It is a little difficult to figure out how to make this work properly. There is a screw in the airrater that has to be adjusted. There has to be a better way. When I called the number for help, I was told that there was only one stream to the airrater which is not correct."

"This faucet is beautiful, easy to install and extremely heavy/well-made. The only reason I had second thoughts on buying it was because I didn't like the red and blue (hot/cold) rings on the handles. It comes in the mail with the option to install them. I didn't. This faucet also matches stainless steel appliances perfectly."
