"I should have listened when another reviewer mentioned that it's impossible to buy a replacement bag for this vacuum locally. I live in a fairly large area and haven't been able to locate one anywhere, so next will try sending away to the manufacturer. The bag that it does contain is very small. One extra bag is included.
Other than that, this vacuum was what I was looking for, which was something for very small jobs that could be stored in a small place and easily accessed without packing around our heavy central vac hose or our large heavy-duty Dyson vac. If I could buy bags for this vacuum I would be fairly pleased. If you don't mind sending away for the bags, then I'd say go ahead and take a chance on this. Otherwise, look elsewhere."

"I have owned this product for a little over 4 months now and it has certainly earned it's keep. Between the dog and family traffic it gets used 1-2 a week. The strap and the light weight makes it easy to do the stairs. The cord is very long and that is nice not to have to stop to unplug when I am doing a large area. The bags are a little small so they get changed often but they are relatively inexpensive and easy to order on line. Very happy with the purchase."

"This did not come in the color advertised. It was a maroon (not nearly as attractive as pictured). I guess I was disappointed, but not enough to send it back. Did not realize that they could give you another color. Works well."

"The vacuum has good suction and works great on bare floors. It's relatively light and easy to move around. The cord is too short, so I sometimes add an extension cord so that I can cover more area without having to unplug. The on and off switch which is on the base feels cheap and sometimes requires a few tries to turn on and off. If you hold onto the plug it rewinds just fine. The vacuum I received is a dark maroon color, very different from the blue in the photo. Works fine on my throw rugs."

"On the whole, I like this product and would recommend it. The only problem i have is that I cannot find bags for this model. It appears to be a Canadian product and as I live in the USA, I can't find bags. I went on line and got nowhere. At this point, I am just emptying the bag I have and replacing it in the canister. I like the way it works but Overstock should offer REFILL BAGS for this. If anybody knows where to get the bags, please let me know."

"I needed a lightweight vacuum with carpet cleaning ability for my 86 yr old mom.Saw this at a local shop, but they were out of stock so I bought at Overstock for $80 less!
We are using it 3-4 times a week on newly installed wall-to-wall carpeting & it's doing a great job getting up all the "new carpet lint" as well as leaves, threads, food crumbs, etc. Mom is a cleaning fanatic, which is the reason for the many cleanings, but she also is pretty weak, so the lightness & easy maunevering are enabling her to do her own vacuuming. The hose is a good length for reaching ceiling as well as under furniture & the retracting cord makes for easy storage.
It is plastic, so I hope it will be durable, and the box it comes in was a bit beat up, which was unfortanate as this was a gift for mom, but delivery was prompt & everything works great."

"I have hardwood and carpeted floors; a husband, two kids, two cats, and a dog; all in a small house. I had found a good vacuum for our carpeted floors, but was getting frustrated with my recent vacuum purchases for our hardwood. I love this vacuum. "The shipment was left at my door while I was at work, it was so poorly packed that the tubes were sticking out of the box. It didn't appear broken so I opened it and found a cheap, toylike vaccum. I had a *** before that was built solid and lasted for many years. It does have good suction but the wheel fell off the first time I used it and keeps falling off everytime I try to use it; it is quite annoying. The control of suction intensity is an interesting option but unfortunately situated on top where everytime the hose touches it, it changes the setting (too sensitive and bad positioning). Overall I regret this purchase and would not reccomend it to anyone. I wish I had kept my old vacuum! Also it did not look like the picture posted so I did not get what I expected. (My kids had destroyed the box so I could not return it otherwise I would not have kept it.)"

"I've only had this for about 2 weeks, but I use it daily on all of my hard wood floors. It is so quiet and picks up ALL of the dog hair! It also comes with many accsessories that I really didnt think I would use - but do! I would recommend this to anyone - especially with hard wood floors. I have no carpeting at all in my house (except for an area rug here and there), it works fine on those small rugs as well."

"I got this little canister vacuum because I am handicapped and I needed a lighter wand and hose. This little wonder has both plus suction that almost pulls the floorboards up! It has a dial that controls the amount of suction you can have and it REALLY works. I was surprised at the amount the little bag holds. My two dogs shed year round and this little machine was able to handle it. I can't say enough good about the Royal 2000 AirPro. It meets all of my needs."

"This is a terrific little lightweight vacuum. I have a Roomba, but needed something for quick pick-ups, stairs, window sills, sofas and kids rooms with too much junk in them to run the Roomba. I can whip this out quickly as it is very light and it does a great job on the stairs and tile in the bathrooms. There are 2 different "suckage" adjustments to allow you to vacuum floor rugs or curtains. A couple of things to be aware of: 1.)There is no "beater" brush, just a carpet brush, so there is no agitation 2.)The hose seems a bit flimsy. Very happy with this little, lightweight vacuum."

"Our 3 story house is mostly hardwood and tile and I wanted something lightweight and easy to carry. This vacuum is great in that regard and I love it. However, it doesn't perform very well on our bedroom carpet and is lousy at picking up the cat hair. I'm considering buying another vacuum for the carpet. So great on hardwood and tile, not so good on carpet"

"I needed a lightweight canister vacuum for my home, and this vacuum does the trick. It's portable, has good suction, and maneuvers well. The only con is that, if you don't use the strap, the attachments fix onto the vac too low to be convenient."
