"I was hesitant to purchase a "refurbished" item, but decided to take the risk. The item arrived in decent working condition. There are a few scratches on front and back, but considering the savings, it's worth a few minor scratches. My only complaint is the headphones. The headphones included are NOT Apple. They are made to look like the real Apple ones, but they are definitely not. Still, I have no regrets in this purchase."

"I have purchased items from Overstocked in the past for my 5 children because it is easy, the items are affordable, and convience of delievery. This is the first time I have purchased a refurbished item and I was very disappointed. The iPOD was purchased as a gift from one of my sons. I didn't expect it to have songs already on it and especially, to not know the 'type' of songs loaded. Also; it is an older version than what was expected. Dissapointed, to say the least. I feel it was not worth the price I paid for what we got."

"Took a little longer than Overstock shipments have normally taken but came within the estimated time frame. We have received most items in 2-3 days; this one took a week.
Up an operational within 15 minutes.
Recommend spending the extra money for the second generation iPod only because, according to my son, the sleeves available fit the newer iPods better."

"I am very disappointed in the product. The fact that it is reconditioned is really the problem. I would buy this new the next time. The charging / sync cable is cracked at the plastic part that plugs into the Nano so I have to be very careful plugging and unplugging. The Nana is also very scratched up on all sides. The battery charge life is terrible and I have to plug it in to charge every day after about 2-3 hours of play time. The Nano also goes into some kind of DISK CHECK program all the time and sometime gets stuck in that mode. I highly reccomend NOT buying this item unless it is brand new out of box. The price difference was not significant enough to put up with these issues. Sound quality and features seem to be ok but the other problems are really difficult to deal with."
