"I bought this a few years back from overstock.com and it broke within 2 weeks of using it. It just stopped printing and sometimes, when it feels like it, it'll scan. I called Brother and told them the terminal error message I was receiving on the printer and they pretty much told me that it's unfixable. They told me to send it back to them but shipping back and forth would be out of my pocket and it was insanely expensive. It's still sitting in my house, just collecting dust."

"My 5 in 1 was a breeze to install. Programming was no sweat. I was up and running quickly. All features of the machine performed as advertised. Beautiful crisp printing and fast I might add. Auto Document feeder works like a charm. Fax is easy to operate and I have stacked up to 29 pages to fax out. Customer service at Brother was outstanding! I had a couple of bugs that turned out to be operator probles but the were great with being patient and giving good answers. Love my Brother!!"
