"The first one I received was defective, I called the company directly to confirm that I was using it correctly and was told to return it to place of purchase (Overstock) which I did. I received a replacement within two days of my call to Overstock and it works without any problem. The ease of use is great and the results were in line with my doctors measurement."

"This is a great little tool for those who have hypertension or pre-hypertension. One caveat: if your arm is "big", i.e. over 13" around, you will need a "large cuff" which can be ordered with a coupon enclosed in the instruction booklet."

"I've only had the monitor a few weeks so I cannot attest to its durability, but I checked it a 4 star because it looks like a good product. There is no real savings here on the price as most models like this are comparable in cost, however if you're an O member like I am, your shipping will be $1 or free with no tax so it's a good deal. Fine product so far."
