"Needing to replace my old satellite speakers, I opted to go with Klipsch, purchasing a pair of RB-35's. As they were so superior to those that were replaced (a 15 year old "Vision" system with large passive subwoofer), I started checking on other Klipsch speakers that would complement the RB-35's, with the intent of replacing my entire 5.1 system with Klipsch speakers.
This center channel speaker is (obviously) a perfect match to the RB-35's, as well as being a great value and an excellent example of the quality Klipsch is known for. I replaced an Acoustic Research 5.25" center channel, and A HUGE improvement in sound quality in the center channel was immediately apparent -- so much so that even my wife commented on it!! -- an amazing development in itself... The best way to describe it is there is an added depth and dimension to movie viewing that was not there before. Since the center channel is responsible for 50-60% of movie audio, I expected some small degree of improvement, but in this case the improvement was dramatic. Very clear, very crisp in the mid & high ranges, this speaker also delivers quality performance in the low range, nicely complementing the subwoofer and satellites. This is a relatively large speaker, so check the specs and be prepared to create some room for it. The order was shipped immediately and was received in perfect condition.
Since the purchase of this speaker I've been able to add the Klipsch Reference Series subwoofer and surrounds to complete the Klipsch system. I have also had the occasion to contact Klipsch Customer Service on a question concerning the subwoofer and was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality of their Service, but the friendliness of their personnel as well -- the gentlemen I spoke to freely offered sound advice on system setup (crossover settings, etc.) as well as advice on component selection, which ultimately saved me several hundred dollars... No long "hold", no elevator music - just a quick, professional response and a friendly, helpful attitude - a far cry from most other Customer Services that I've had to deal with in the recent past...
Having listened to surround speakers all over town, I highly recommend Klipsch for their high quality and value, and have nothing but the highest praise for their customer service."
