Indian artisans produce hand-made products made with the finest natural fibers and materials, preserve the traditional and eco-friendly methods of handicraft production, preserve ancient art forms, and encourage traditional arts and ways of life. Their work preserves beautiful art forms and provides a dignified social standing for the artisans. There is extensive use of brass, bronze, copper, iron and bell metal in India. Ornaments, utensils, icons and figures are made out of different metals.
The handcrafted nature of this product will produce minor differences in design and sizing. Subtle variations will occur from piece to piece, adding to its unique qualities. Measurements may vary slightly.

"I opened the box when it came and to my surprise there were two of the soapstoneboxes. My sister collects these and I know that she will love them for Christmas, they were just what I was looking for and the price was great!!"
