"This Is a great chair to excerise with. All you do is sit and start exercising your arms, I also do my legs. It holds any size person. You can follow the steps with the Cd that it comes with or do on your own like I mostly do. I also do other ways that the cd don't show you. Just be creative with them. I love that it's easy to change the weight cords and that they give you 4 -9 weight cords so you don't have to buy any on your own. I would tell everyone about this chair. Everyone that comes over, looks at it and sits on the chair and does a little arm exercise while talking to each other...It's fun to do. IT don't take up alot of room either. Great for small rooms. It's the size of a normal chair."

"I have some medical problems, and can't stand for any length of time - as well as limiting a lot of my physical activity. While looking through the exercise equipment saw this chair; thought it might be something that I could use. The price was great. In fact, compared to other items I've looked at, it was a steal. Received it about two weeks ago.and It was really much more than I expected. Easy to set up - sturdy - comortable and after looking at the chart of excersies that comes with the chair, I realized that I picked a winner! If you're concerned about storage, it folds up easily and can be put into any closet or behind a chars, etc without any difficulty. Put mine in the middle of the family room and use it many times during the day. Figured if it was in front of me all the time, I'd use it more often- it's working. Also, since I've been unable to do any forms of exercise for such a long time, I started with only a few minutes at a time but it gets baetter daily. I just love, love, love it !!!"

"I am really pleased with this product. It is very well made and well designed. Perfect for larger people, it holds up to 400 pounds. Perfect also for those who are not able bodied, such as myself, as one can exercise and gain muscle strength while sitting comfortably. The chair comes with two band at the next-to-easiest "stretch" level, but also comes with a set of bands for the other levels. Note that this is one pair of each. If you find you need the same resistance at both the top and bottom, you'll need to purchase a second set unless you are okay with moving them back and forth regularly. (I'm not!)
Not included, but recommended for those of us with disabilities that preclude bike riding, is the optional short stroke pedaling attachment. My recumbent exercise bike is painful to use now because of my arthritis. This attachment has a shorter turning radius and is much more comfortable for me to use. There is also a "nonskid chair pad" that I am less enthused about, but if you are uncomfortable on a hard seat, it will help. And there are additional DVD's available for this, I've been fine just following the printed material so far. It's easy to understand and to follow.
I'm pleased with how easy the resistance chair is to use, and how effective it has been so far. I've already recommended it to friends."

"The Resistance Chair supplies me with an exercise option that I did not have before. I have extremely bad balance, and had to give away some of my other exercise equipment. This chair is very stable, provides exercise options for all body parts while you are mostly sitting, and it is possible to obtain a bicycle attachment that turns it into an exercise bike. It also requires NO assembly, no tools to change the pulleys or attach the bike, and folds up like a regular folding chair. I am disabled and this chair is a terrific addition to my battle against deterioration of muscles."
