"This faucet was a deep brown almost black - it was extremely well crafted - I had no problems other than it didn't go with my vanity - I was worried about returning however Overstock handled this quickly and efficiently - I was completely happy with the whole process and am about to order my next faucet!"

"I had looked for a black faucet for a good while. This one fit the bill. The black finish goes great with my rod iron accents. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is really pretty small. It's called mini-widespread so that shouldn't be a surprise, but it looks just a little bit dinky in my bath with my big rod iron mirror. It's a half bath so it'll be fine, but I wouldn't use this faucet in a large bathroom."

"My husbund and I had been searching for 2 faucets for our bathrooms we are remodeling and came up with nothing until now. The faucets are very heavy duty and very rich looking. They add class to your vanity. The only down fall is that they are a little more black in color than bronze, but besides that you could not find a better buy for the quality. We tried and could not find any thing. Very very pleased with product."

"I tried to find a dark bronze (almost black) faucet locally with an 8" spread and nothing available without ordering through a home improv. store at big $'s. From the reviews I read on the finish and quality of this faucet...decided to order. It is everything I was looking for as far as finish and quality. The only thing that may not work for some, is the faucet spout sits low. Some may not want in a full bath that gets different use, but mine is in a powder room and works out fine. Very happy with my purchase!"

"Finish color is very dark, almost black. All quality -- heavy brass construction for spout, handles, escucheons and drain knob. Reasonably easy installation. Valves work silky smoothly and turn water on and off effortlessly. Popup drain included installed fine and works fine. The only advisory that I would make to others purchasing is that the scale of the faucet is smaller than I had imagined from the picture here. Not that it is small just smaller than I had anticipated. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. Ordered on Sunday, received on Friday -- coast (shipped from California) to coast (Florida) via FedEx ground."

"Looks and works great. I love the color some oil rubbed bronzes have a gold tint to them like the Shower faucet that I bought but this one doesn't it looks nicer. My plumber said that it was very easy to install. This is also a great price I was looking at spending a lest $150.00 for other oil rubbed bronze faucets this is a great deal."

"This was my very first purchase on Overstock.com. We are very happy with the faucet now that we have it installed. The product itself is great and it looks very good in our guest bathroom. We have received many compliments! The only issue we had with the faucet were the instructions. It took a couple of attempts to get it right because the instructions are not 100% clear.

I would definitely recommend this product though!"

"This faucet is beautiful and we love it. It looks amazing with our new vanity!

That being said - yes, as some commenters have mentioned, it is quite a bit darker than most oil-rubbed bronze products. Be prepared for that. For us it was ok because the vanity is very light. Also, the instructions are a joke. This was the first time either of us had installed *any* plumbing and it was a long, long process.... important steps or things to check were completely omitted (such as check the direction of this or that bolt for proper installation of the pop-up). A professional might not have a problem figuring this all out the first time but it was very rough for us. Also, it does scratch and chip easily. I handled it with the utmost care and we still have a few dings already."
