"Wanted the blender mainly for smoothies. My last blender was horrible at grinding icecubes. This is better altho I still feel like it needs a little more umph. Sometimes I have to jiggle quite a bit to get the ice to blend. Overall I am happy."

"This blender is fantastic. It has a food processor attachment, which is very helpful and gets one more small appliance off the counter or cabinet shelf. The motor is extremely powerful. It crushes ice quickly and easily. It made the process of Christmas prep and baking so easy. The price at Overstock was unbelievable."

"Really enjoyed using this since I got it a month back. Never owned such an appliance. Blender is great. Only downside to processor is that it cannot hold more than one cup at a time, but that's fine for pesto, hummus, toppings, etc. Just beware if making bigger recipes.

"After burning up 2 blenders (used only twice), this one is the best! I love smoothies, ice cream drinks & frappuccinos. The secret is the food processor tool so you don't burn up your blender. I use this at least 3 times a week for a couple of months now & it has not burned up yet. I love it!"

"This blender with the processor attachment is great. It does anything with ice cubes really well and not having to have two separate units is terrific. Nice light weight plastic is easy when it is full too. I don't wash any of it in the dishwasher but it isn't hard to hand wash and dry."

"My husband is a chef and he likes this blender too. We mostly use it for mixing smoothies and sauces, but the mini-chopper feature is handy too. It is easy to clean and looks nice. There are plenty of settings, so you can fine tune your blending."

"We purchsed this as a result of the cost compared to our local retailers!! We wanted a combination unit and Oster is a better brand than most of what's available.
