"This cookware is exceptional; it is beautiful, all pieces come with a non-stick coating that is very easy to clean. The large skillet is a little heavy if you have arthritis. We purchased this cookware at a very reasonable price on the assumption that it would work with an induction cook top. Unfortunately, these pieces are not magnetic stainless steel. They are great with gas and, we suppose, electric cook tops."

"We absolutely love or Cuisinart cookware. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for durability is because we've only used the product for 6 weeks, but so far we have no complaints. It really is non-stick cookware, even crusted or burned food comes right off. It is heavy enough to conduct heat evenly and thoroughly and does so at lower temperatures. One of our favorite features is the design of the handles. Things can be boiling away in a pan on the stove, but the cookware and the lid handles never get too hot to touch. It will take a little more work to keep the stainless steel shiny and bright, but so far cleaning the outsides with Barkeepers Friend has kept it looking like new.

I'm buying sets for my daughter and daughter-in-law and putting them away for birthday presents."
