"Don't be concerned with this not being a name everyone recognizes, this is by far the BEST blender I have ever used or owned. I worked in an espresso cafe for three years using a $495.00 commercial blender, and it didn't compare to this product!

"I love this blender. It crushes everything in it's grip. I had fairly new Oster, but I was constantly having to turn it off, scrape everything down, & try to blend again. Not with this baby! High, low, or pulsing, it blends everything without getting stuck or needing scraping. It is also great for making frozen margaritas.
This is a great blender for someone who has trouble using their hands."

"I have worn out 2 food blenders making thick smoothies. I wanted one that could handle fruit, ice, honey, soy milk, and soy powder without bogging down. The first time I used this food blender I could hardly believe how easily it mixed my smoothie. Then when I tried blending raw cranberries it handled it with no problem. I only wish it had one more speed control than just low and high."

"I was disappointed when I opened the box - it looked like a reconditioned or returned product. There are several dents in the stainless steel skin and the soft drive gear appears to have a chunck out of it. My 37-year-old Sunbeam blender gave out a while ago and I've been without. So I decided to wash it and give it a try. It works fine. The stainless steer collar has come loose as others have stated, but so far - so good.

"The blender works great. The motor is strong and grinds up everything instantly. The cover to the
blender is cheap plastic (wouldn't put it in the dishwasher in fear it might melt) and the outside metal covering around the plastic base that holds the glass container came off (unglued) which is pretty cheap/ poor quality (you can superglue it back on).Overall, are happy with it."

"I love my new blender. It looks fabulous with my other appliances, and works great too. However, the first blender I received was damaged. But I contacted the manufacturer, and they had another one to me in about a week. Great customer service. This blender crushes ice so quickly and makes great smoothies. Easy to clean too. "This product is built well. When I first used it, couldn't believe how quickly it crushed ice! Clean up is easy and looks great. Cons: The bottom stainless steel cover that surrounds the upper portion of the base was detached when the package arrived. It was just where the glue had become inacitve, can be reglued. Otherwise great product, works well."
