"Yes - the machine looks nice and lasted for a few months. Yes I said months. It came with a few missing items and the directions on how to use it were photocopies. When it started leaking all over the counter we had problems getting answers on how to get it fixed. It also always said that it needed to be cleaned even after it had been cleaned. After being asked what part needed to be replaced (?) we were told to box it up, pay the postage and send it out of the area to someone who might be able to fix it. They would pay postage back. Whole thing was a mess. It's a great price but if you run into problems ~ good luck! Wish we hadn't purchased it."

"I have been wanting one of these for the last few years and finally bit the bullet and now i have one... the price from overstock was fantastic. this was a refurbished item that looked as if it was new and wroks just like it is... I was disappointed to find that it does not come with all of the factory included items like a water filter and some of the maintenance tools but for the price i guess that i can find these items online somewhere. the coffee is wonderful and it makes it very fast and easy to brew an espresso in just seconds and never having to touch anything except two buttons. this was so easy to learn that my 7 year old made herself a double latte when my back was turned and had it half gone before i knew it. you will not be disappointed in this machine."

"We recently got this machine only to find that it was broken in many places. The connections between the front door and the brewing part were messed up and constantly leaked water when making coffee. This machine also had a faulty knob for turning on the steam. It would only work on occassion and we are in the process of getting it repaired. Just don't waste your money."

"We purchased this machine last month. The coffe tasted good and it was easy to use. After only a couple weeks of use the machine would say things like the brew drawer was full when it wasn't. When we took the drawer out to clean as directed it would not go back in. We now have to send the machine in for repairs which will take 4-6 weeks! No expresso over the holidays!"

"Best price I found. Good machine, easy to use. Steam is not as hot as other machines I've used.
I was disappointed when I opened the box and the packing list said the water filter was included. No water filter. Customer Service said this item did not ship with a water filter (a big reason why I bought this particular machine) and their only suggestion was that I buy one from a store.

"We have had our V'spresso machine for a few weeks now and we love it! The only drawback is that it didn't come with any of the cleaning tools which aren't exactly cheap and it is a little bit noisy but it was still a great deal. This machine makes the most awesome espresso, lattes and even just regular coffee!!!"

"my husband and I are from Europe and just live here since a few years. We are very much a custom to these machines and the great coffee quality. At first we substituted our desire for better coffee with Starbucks and stove top espresso. When we finally broke down and bought this machine, our friends here thought we were crazy. Well after having a few espresso's and cappuccinos at our house they are actually contemplating to buy one themselves. There is no Coffee maker that can beat the quality of these machines We are defiantly feeling like home. Great choice for a great price. This machine is refurbished and has a few scratches on the steam knob, otherwise it looks perfect and works like a charm. I have not wasted a single dime on a Starbucks since we have it. Get some good coffee beans and you will save a lot of money and have great coffee."

"This is a very nice coffee maker. It makes excellent espresso with a delicious cream on top. It also makes good capuccino, with an easy to use frothing band.
It takes a while until you can adjust the knobs for the perfect coffee, but once you got it, you just stick with it.
It is a good value for the price.
I also received excellent service from Overstock. When I ordered it, I got a machine without a valve and the water was just pouring out - I could not use it. When I called the Overstock customer service, they sent me another machine right away."

"This machine is the best coffee/espresso maker I have ever owned. The espresso is fabulous, no messes to clean up, and it takes seconds to get my coffee. If you have never owned a high end espresso maker because of price, now is your chance. The price on overstock is great and you will certainly understand the value when you get your first cup! I moved away from the Pacific Northwest, and now that I have my machine, I'm not pineing away for the great coffee I missed for so long."

"We love it! Had been thinking about getting one for over a year, but the steep price had put us off. Watched a "Good Eats" episode on the Food Network, on Espresso...and decided we should go ahead and get it.
Before we bought the Espresso machine....probably spent at least twenty dollars, for a family of four at Starbucks each trip. Now we make our own Americano's, Latte's, Cappacino's and Macchiatos at the touch of a button. The machine is very easy to use....although it was supposed to come with a water filter cartridge, and did not. We use filtered water in the chamber, so we didn't really need it....although when you are spending over six hundred dollars on a fancy espresso machine, it should come with everything it's supposed to. The machine grinds the beans, in just a few seconds, immediately brews the espresso.....wonderful aroma of coffee fills the air, and there is a beautiful layer of caramel colored creme' on top, as it finishes. We are so spoiled now....will never be able to go back to a regular coffee maker! It is a lot of money.....but we figure it will basically pay for itself within six months, since we no longer make frequent trips to the local Starbucks. This machine is sensational!"

"I have had a Delonghi for the last 3 years, but had trouble with replacement parts. This machine is streamlined, efficient and dependable. I am enjoying the coffee immensly, the frother is great, my mornings are complete. Called after deliveryy with specific questions and got great customer service, with specific answers. Very satisfied!"

"Saeco makes outstanding coffee making machines. I have used many types, and they offer the quality and dependability I require. I love good coffee and without a machine like this would spend 3 to 4 dollars a day on coffee, plus the hassle of making the extra stop on the way to work. I ran my last one about 6 times a day for 6 years straight and it held up great! Pick some good beans and you are set."
