"We saw and used this model on vacation and really liked it. When our old coffee maker died, we went with this model. We had such problems with previous "traditional" coffee makers leaking. I was dismayed when the first time I used our new BrewStation, it too leaked. Thankfully It has not leaked since, in almost two months of use."

"The coffeemaker is exactly what we wanted. It keeps the coffee very hot. We have used the timer feature and the coffee is ready and hot in the morning. It easy to clean. The strainer needs a filter to prevent the coffee grounds from getting into the coffee. This is a great coffeemaker. We like it much better then the old glass pot maker."

"I must say that this coffeemaker was exactly what my sisiter wanted for her birthday.
She was delighted! Iwas happy with the cost. My only point to customers is that should this not have been the case remember a stocking fee AND shipping fee will be charged against you... so be sure it is exactly what you want. There is no way around this. They will Always say that the item is not damaged.Taking a chance on an item from Overstock means paying 1/2 the cost of the item if you don;t like it and return it anyway, or having it sit in your basement."

"I have purchased three of these in the last three years because I hate messing with carafes. All of them have begun leaking at the spout. I wrote to Hamilton Beach-no response. Be aware that they do not hold up without leaking. The best bet is to spend the extra ten bucks and get the Cuisinart."

"I really like this coffeemaker because I'm prone to breaking carafes... I have a coffee bar setup in my kitchen and it's really nice to just walk up and stick your cup under and get a fill up. I gave it 4 stars for durability and workmanship because it does drip a teeny bit... there's a drip plate to catch the few drops but still it's not perfect (by the way, they give you extra rubber gaskets in the box). I love the white color too - this sells for double the price locally, and only comes in black."

"When friends who have the brew station, and paid a lot more, bragged about it and its ability to make a great cup of coffe, I new I had to get one. Its everything I ever heard and more, no more paper filters, a real water filter, great taste, and easy to use. The unit is larger than most coffee makers so make sure you have room on the counter top for it, and enjoy your next cup of coffee."

No leaking,

"This is the best coffee pot I ever bought, No more leaking pots, My husband thought our old one was just fine untill I set up the new HB brew Station, now he dosen't drip coffee all over the counter and the cabnets under the counter. YEA! My brother has Parkins,I plan on buying him one as he has problems pouring his coffee, now he can just push his cup against the dispencer qnd BAM his cup is full without getting burnt. The coffee is piping hot as well. The only suggestion I could make to better the product is a pull out dispencer in stead of pouring the water in. Over all I LOVE this coffee machine, Now if HB changes to a pull out dispencer I will have to buy another. A pull out dispencer would make this a 5 star rating , however a 4 star is nothing to sneeze at."

"This is the best purchase I have ever made. No more broken coffee pots, no more stale coffee from sitting in the pot. No chance of knocking the coffed pot off of the burner and someone getting hurt. "I really do like the coffee pot. The coffee tastes great whether it is just brewed or has been sitting over an hour. My only complaint is I was not aware the coffee container could not be used in the dishwasher."
