"As I sit in my newly assembled chair, I am quite pleased with my purchase. I was "this" close to purchasing a like item at Name Brand Store for much much more. This is a solid chair and very attractive for my home office. At first I could not figure out how to raise or lower the chair, but is seems to have a locking positiion and I was also not pulling hard enough on the lever. I plan to purchase a seat cushion for added comfort and extra style. I really like the cottage white color as opposed to a bright white.This is my first order from Overstock and it was very positive. Best of all, I didn't need to ask hubby for help in assembling the chair. Clear instructions and everything you need is in the box."

"I bought two of these chairs, hoping that I would be able to use them in my office. I like a cottage-like look, and they work well. They took awhile to put together (30 minutes?), but everything lined up well, and they provide an allen wrench and easy directions. I thought that they would be a crisp white, but they are actually an off-white, more of a buttery color? Also, the pole and the rollers are black, so if that doesn't work in your color scheme, may not like it. They are comfortable and really cute. I ended up ordering three more because I think they are such a good value and darling in a crisp, fun office setting."

"I have had a cottage white desk with rod iron accents for well over a year, and could not find a chair to match... for a reasonable price... until now! I absolutely love this chair. It is very well made, solid construction, and even nicer in person than the picture portrays. Also, the chair was sooo easy to put together, I did it myself in just a few minutes.

"I ordered this chair to go with a new built-in desk in my home. The desk was white, so I thought the chair would be perfect. It arrived very quickly, but when I opened the package, I got a suprise: The while chair I ordered was actually a beige color-not at all what the chair looked like in the picture/ description. Other than the color, the chair looked nice, but its pretty much "what you pay, is what you get,"- nothing special or really high quality. I only give it 2 stars becuase of the color discrepancy. The description of the color is very misleeding. That said, if you're looking for a lovely, affordable beige colored chair, this might be just what your looking for."

"This is a really great chair. The color is good; I had somebody else assemble it so I cannot speak to that function. The only suggestion I have to the manufacturer is to add a padded seat like those available on other bankers chairs. It is a little hard to sit on. Other than that - it exceeded my expectations. Overstock.com has become a fav of mine."

"I ordered two of these chairs. However, during assembly, it was discovered that the screw holes did not align, making it impossible to assemble the back of the chair to its seat. Luckily, my husband is a builder and drilled additional holes that enabled him to finish putting the chairs together. Once assembled, the chair is great. All in all, great chair, but beware--you might get one that can't be put together without some pretty major intervention."
