"It was very easy to research, purchase and receive the item from the Overstock site. I bought the new ,not refurbished item, got a great price. The item was very easy to set up and use. Literally just took it out of the box and turned it on. I purchased it as a gift and after my husband used it on a trip he called and said "Wow this thing is great. It got me right to the door." It does not have alot of bells and whistles but has a great deal of information from the different screens. And for the over 50 eyes the print is a nice size."

"I bought this Gps for myself. It is so easy to use. I'm always getting lost but I will never get lost again, If I get lost again, it will be because I can't see. I bought another one for my daughter - in - law. She loves it. This GPs tell you ahead of time when to turn, how many miles it will take you to get where your going. The screen is colorful and I can read everything on the screen. I was in Pittsfield visiting my daughter, before I left her house I put in my address in Franklin. it was amazing to see and here all the directions right up to my house saying you've reach the destination. What can I say, It's great for first time users and anyone else who gets lost."

"I bought this for my husband he in in a field that he drives all over the state. He enjoys it not only for directions but it also finds him places to eat, and how long it will take him to get there. If you travel it's worth having. I highly recommended to my friends."

"Bought product for husband's birthday and used it on a trip to Florida. Good value for the price. Easy to program! Made traveling through Atlanta (instead of going around) a breeze. Heavy traffic, rain, could not easily see overhead traffic signs. Followed Garmin instructions exclusively and made it through without any difficulty! Made our winter vacation a pleasure!"

"I purchased the Garmin Nuvi200 knowing that I was going to be driving in a new city with my retired parents. To avoid stressful conversations I was planning on relying on the Garmin to plan the route, give the distance, and estimate our arrival.
The Garmin Nuvi200 was superb - the ETA feature was exact - we had no trouble locating appropriate restaurants or points of interest.
In hindsight, I do wish that I had upgraded to the model that would include the street names in the vocal directions. There were two occasions where I was confused about the directions when intersections were complex.
Overall - Garmin Nuvi200 saved us from a lot of stress and I'm pleased with the purchase."

"Our household has two entry-level GPS units: A TomTom One, Third Edition and the Garmin NUVI 200. The performance of both units is very, very good. The Garmin is EASIER TO USE, with better MENUS than the TomTom. The TomTom, on the other hand, has more features - although they're not entirely useful. For example, it has an SD Memory card slot - you can use the TomTom as a picture viiewer, which is "neat", but is it useful? Also, you can store your own maps. But, WHY would anyone do that?
So, it's a toss-of-the-coin; something you have to decide yourself.
HOWEVER: TomTom has wisely chosen to make the ONE their "loss leader". That is, because of all the other discount, "upstart" brands, TomTom has lowered the price on the ONE. You can typically find it for FIFTY DOLLARS LESS than the Garmin, which makes it a pretty easy choice.
If the price between the two was identical, I would buy the Garmin. So, if $50 bucks isn't a lot of money for you, then you might want to pick the Garmin as well for its comparative ease-of-use!"

"I got this for my wife as a Christmas present, because she gets lost easily when she hasn't been somewhere more than a few times. In short, she loves it. I don't have to worry about her, and I want one for my truck now too. The only thing I had concerns about with this item was that it didn't know all of the addresses we looked for, including a hospital, but i'm sure we can get updated maps if we were'nt too lazy to get them. All in all though...........Awesome GPS Navigator. The voice is Loud and clear, and the 3D view is Very easy to follow. Two Very enthusiastic thumbs way up."
