"This is a great buy for the money. It is very light and can cause movement problems. I added four suction cups on the bottom to help hold it from moving. We use it mostly for the arm exercise."

"I have been going to PT for tendonitis in my achilles heel and using a machine that does exactly what this one does, so I thought that by getting this one and using it at home it would help me improve. I must report that it is doing the job. I use it every day and I notice a difference. It also is good for helping get in shape. "Quality is better than expected. Has all of the features of a full size exercise bike. A plus is that it can also be used for arm exercise, a feature on only a few of the more expensive full size bikes. But, best of all it takes up very little space and can be moved easily from room to room"

"I wanted something I could use more with my arms than legs, but this was said to be for both which is why I bought it. The quality of the product is fine, but it moves when you use it, making it less than ideal. I put a rubber yoga mat underneath and it helped a bit. Maybe if it had grips/suction it would be better? The price was great but I'm not able to use it as I hoped for."

"bought this for my mother who is 75 and never learned to ride a bicycle, but is active. Uses it for movement almost daily, great for circulation, and maintaining joints lubricated. Highly recommend. Doesn't take up much space."

"I love this mini bike. It's great. The price for me was a little high, but when you consider I paid no shipping it was by far this best deal on the web. It does slip a little while using it, but you can fix that by putting a non-skid pad under it or sitting it up against something...example: rug, wall...etc. After 5 mins. of no use the timer shuts off to save the battery, but it stores you're info until you reset it. I love that feature. I do wish there was a little more resistance, but overall a great bike!!!"

"as with other reviews there is a bit of a problem with this slipping around while using it, but once you find that sweet spot where neither it or your chair moves you are golden and it is a great workout. I bought this for at the office and it is small and stays out of the way perfectly. both me and a coworker did 20 minutes each on it and both enjoyed it."

"Of all the strange ways to make a bicyle that will only exercise your right leg, even if you turn it around to change yoour foot to the other side. The right peddle is he only pedal that has any strain on it. So grind it down and exercise your right leg, the other leg goes with no push. Turn it around so t hat your left leg is now on the right pedal. No this will not work as you would have to pull the right pedal back to get any resistance. and that is not possible. So I will have a strong right leg and a weak left one!"

"Mom couldn't handle gym workouts and has poor tolerance to walking but she can handle this exerciser and appreciates being able to stay seated while she exercises. She's only had it a month, but likes it a lot. Can't make a statement re: durability and workmanship but it feels substantial, pedals smoothly, and has an easily adjustable tension wheel."

"This product looks much nicer than it actually is. It's not a magnetic resistance device like you typically see on gym or home exercise bikes. It's just a flywheel with a belt around it. The resistance knob simply tightens the belt. The resistance does not go high enough, and the bike moves when pedaling unless you put it against a wall.As an arm bike it's not terrible, but overall this product was very disappointing."

"I was worried it would slide and / or be noisy based on a couple of reviews... neither was true. Just got it today and am already addicted... what a great way to get some exercise while computing and tv watching! I'm already placing an order for me to take one to work. The one thing semi-negative is that with the higher tension, the pedaling is a little more difficult to keep going steadily / straight...but I'm just adjusting the angle of my attack for those times, so no worries. I'm happy to have found the product - and it arrived in only two days w/ free shipping and 10% off :-)all good, all around!"

"I realized that I was spending an unhealthy amount of time at the computer, and wanted to be able to add movement to my day without having it interfere with my job. This fits the bill. It's not ideal, as mentioned in a previous review, the tension is a bit difficult to adjust. It does work, though, and I've dropped a pound without trying. I don't pedal constantly, but every time I think of it, and that's better than nothing."

"I purchased this after having knee surgery. I wanted something to use at home that didn't take up much space after I had finished my physcial therapy and needed to continue some at home. It does the job. I feel that it is very sturdy."
