"I have this picture hanging on my living room wall. It is very beautiful. I know I like to read the stories about how people came to buy and become attached to something like this picture. My Mom's Mom was born in 1901. That of course would be my Grandma Wakefield. She was a "flapper; I don't think people know how riske' people were back then. Anyhow, I remember seeing this picture above my Grandma's dresser (I think it was a post card). I was very impressed by the nudity (also, I had six brothers, so... well). But about 30 years later I saw this picture in a catalog.. I couldn't believe it!! I did not know that it is a very famous painting. But every time I look at this picture, it reminds me of my Grandama Wakefield. I love you Grandma!!"

"Love it! It is evocative and serene at the same time. The colors are wonderful and it looks great on my "bagel" colored walls. I hung it on a wall where you can only face the picture, not walk by it, so I didn't bother to frame it and it looks fine (but the sides are, indeed, white). I can't wait to show my friends!
Also, arrived promptly and boxed appropriately."
