"Cut to the chase. I bought the club ahead of an outing in July. This would be the 2nd round of 18 holes I have ever played in my life - not joking. The 'practice' with this new club began on hole 1 and ended on hole 18. My advice - purchase the longer golf tees for this club because while it will hammer the ball, it needs to have that little bit of extra height. By the time I was set to drive off hole 9, my drives were straight and I was quickly losing sight of the ball (and not into the woods :-)). To test the club further, I gave it to my father who was part of my 4 some and who also hasn't played in over 8 years. His only drive with the club was the farthest and straightest of the day. End of the day, I shot a 114. Buy the club, you won't regret it."

"I got this after having ignored the bad ratings for the siMac Powersphere 460 driver. It did exactly what the bad rating said it would do--it cracked after one long day at the driving range. Anyway, I read the ratings for the Nextt R2D driver; they were all good. So I paid $3 more for it than the siMac and it is so much better. It sends the ball long and straight, to somewhere around 220-250 yards without any effort; and I'm an absolute beginner (okay, but I did take a couple of group lessons and generally have good hand-eye coordination). Once I get more comfortable with my driving mechanics, I'm expecting more yards, but that'll probably take another year. I'm happy though with this purchase!"

"Im a scratch golfer,I purchsed this driver for my nephew for X-mas mainly for the price but once I recieved it I tried it my self for a few rounds and was very surprised.This club hits true and solid and surprisingly long and accurate.It also looks sharp.Great Value."
