"I previously had an older model of this headset and compared to this model, the button on this one seems very sensitive and after I think I have powered off my headset later I see that I must have bumped my purse and turned it back on. Otherwise though its great! Great sound quality and battery life."

"Major problem while driving or walking, the persone on the other end reports that there is alot of static, and just chopping. I myself cannot hear either while driving, just seems like something is wrong"

"Was iffy about ordering bluetooth online only because I usually have issues with the headphone not fitting in my ear and falling off. This headset does not do that. Contours my ear very nicely, doesn't fall off and sounds great!"

"I bought this bluetooth headset for my mom. But when I got the package, it looked used and was not brand new as it was stated. It looked like an open boxed item. However, I still went ahead and try it. It worked ok, but it was a bit bulky compare to my own Plantronic bluetooth headset I got. Anyhow, the only good thing I can say about this headset is that it got a good battery life."

"It firs great.... I love how I can barely tell it is in my ear. My phone has a problem finding it at time, but it works well for the car drives. And the price was excellent!! The only thing I dont like about it is that it picks up EVERY little noise in you background, from other cars to you picking up a book. The other end callers hear it as if its right there. Other than that it's great for what I need it for, I jus thave to turn my ac off when ppl call me lol"

"This is a great headset, it's better than I expected. The price on Overstock is way lower than anyone else out there and quality is great. The piece that wraps around my ear is comfortable, the piece that goes in my ear doesn't actually go all the way in my ear so that's comfortable as well. Sound quality is good and the button that operates everything has a solid feel and it won't accidentally get pressed to call people on my phone when it's in my pocket like my old headset use to. Very happy with this purchase. Setup was easy and and I haven't had any calls drop while using it. That problem for this headset was posted somewhere on the net."

"There was no instruction on how to sync device, turn it off. I found someone who had one and asked for assistance. It does not seem to hold a charge as well as the Motorola. Audio quality is good because it fits into the ear canal; however it will become uncomfortable with prolonged use. This model cuts out frequently."

"I had a plantronics 340 that I paid full price for at a retail store. I seen these on overstocked and saved $45 each. I bought 2 for family members. I have tried several other units and found this the most comfortable. Since these sit in the ear canal a little, the background noise dosent interfere as much. The distance is average and the clarity is good. Very Happy with purchase"

"I bought these as a replacement for a Motorola bluetooth headset that was trouble from the beginning. I was a little hesitant to spend money on another unit that I wasn't sure would be any better, but I got tired of the poor sound quality and random bugs from the Motorola unit and decided to go for it. I was very pleased when I received my Plantronics unit. It fits securely in my ear and the volume is much higher than my old one. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on audio quality is because it tends to pick up a lot of wind noise, but I think all bluetooth devices are prone to that. The rechargeable feature is very nice. Instead of throwing out used batteries 1-2 times a week, I can just plug it in for a couple hours. The battery life is really good. I probably get 12+ hours of talk time per charge. Overall, I think this is a great item with excellent quality for a very good price."

"The headset is definitely a good BANG for your buck. It does cut out sometimes during a conversation but it's more comfortable than the one I had previous and it's easy to use and easy to maintain. I rather use the ones with no batteries and just plug them in when not in use."

"I purchased this product to go with my new phone. I experienced a little discomfort as my ear adjusted to the ear piece, but things are fine now. Sometimes there is a bit of static but I don't know if its me or the other person. I'm pretty happy with my purchase but would be happier if the ear piece inserted deeper in my ear and I could here the phones ringers in my ear vs. the standard bluetooth jingle. That would make life easier for me to determine who is calling without looking at my phone. A good purchase for the price."
