"A very pretty unit that in use is so-so.It is an honest 6/7 hour install including wires/hoses and decoding the roughly translated directions. I called customer support 4 times and left messages, spoke to a secretary once - no call back. It looks great and feels better, but you need to get past the quality issues. After 3 days of use the foot messager no longeg staid in place in its holder, 3 of the 4 accupucture jets worked - I had to cut a hose and clean a glue blockage to get #4 working, after 3 weeks of use 1 body spray panel began loosening up where the jets are and leaked water onto the flor (need to figure out a repair for that), it takes a lot of caulk to keep the water inside the unit. The steam function works great but needs a very healthy breaker to feed it, the radio is great and the blue lights make for a wonderful experience."

"Great shipping, arrived in no time. The problem is that the manufacturer must have had a service translate the instructions (to give you an idea one of the instructions reads: "The products should be installed by technical guy who are got the certificate of those technical who are assign by dealers") I'm still in the midst of figuring out how to install this shower, so I'm not in the clear just yet but I think I'm in the home stretch. Also, for those of you who live in a climate where it freezes, this unit MUST be installed on ALL inside walls as there is no access panel in the front of the tub and water lines will freeze if put on an outside wall. The tub is a not quite as sturdy as I would have hoped, this definately is not a Kohler, but it's still nice. If you have the cash to spend, I'd recommend to go with a better name steam shower...if you buy this one, just be prepared to have it sit in your garage for a few months while you tinker with how it's actually going to be installed."

"We are extremely satisfied with the unit, and have been finding new little features we weren't aware we had. It is the most impressive part of our bathroom remodel! We cannot say enough about the customer service we received from the manufacturer. They should be held as the standard! Very impressive!! The intial unit was damaged by the carrier, and they responded immediately and extremely professionally on the replacement. The manufacturer has been there for any questions we had, and we have experienced the most impressive customer service we can remember! We would recommend this product and manufacturer to anyone - and with our friends' responses - I wish we were on commission!"

"This is like something out of STAR WARS. It is absolutely amazing. Our contractor had a bit of a time with the assemby but the end result is more than worth the effort. The manufactuer has been right there every step of the way. Fantastic communication from the day it left the warehouse. It is such a wonderful item and is the main item in the remodel of our bath, We highly recommend it. Can not say enough to get the point across. Do not hesitate to buy this you will never regret it."
