"This is a great tub if you can find someone to help put it together. Love everything about it except that the handles that turn on the water are clear in the back of the tub and difficult to reach unless you get in the tub first. Also stepping out of the tub is kinda tough cause the step doesn't extend out far enough, but is a great tub for the money. You will need a licensed electrican to hard wire this unit to your home."

"We were so excited to find this steam shower at such a great price. We are building a new house and once this steam shower was installed, the plumber wanted to test everything before he closed up the wall behind the shower. All the fittings and hoses leaked and some of the hoses split. The manufacturer was great wanting to replace the defective parts, but they would be replaced with the same grade parts that had already failed. Our builder and plumber said that the hoses and fittings were shockingly cheap for such an expensive steam shower. We had to pay out of pocket $450 for the plumber to put hoses and fittings on the steam showe that we could count on. No one wants to worry about water leaking into the wall. The shower is beautiful, but the doors do not open very wide. That is something you can't see on any picture of the shower anywhere. If you are arthritic, you will have to be very careful climbing into this unit. All in all, if I had it to do over again, I would not buy this steam shower. I would bite the bullet and spend the money to purchase a Kohler system."
