"The monitor I received is slightly different than the picture shows but it's still a 17 inch Dell LCD. I have no complaints with it other than it's heavy as heck! It shows no visible damage or scuffing and works like a charm. I'm very pleased with it and even more pleased with the price. If it was a little lighter weight it would get a perfect rating!"

"I was nervous about buying a refurbished product, but this monitor is great. There were a few scuff marks on the stand, but otherwise you'd never know it wasn't brand new. No dead pixles, no color issues. It has a great display and works perfectly."

"I am returning it. It turns on and off without warning. Our tech guy has looked at it and advised returning it. This item is obviously defective and I am quite disappointed, not only because we will be short a monitor while I return it, but because I now have to make arrangements for the return, which is always a hassle. I never bought a refurbished electronic item before (except a phone, which was also a mistake). I guess the price for this monitor was too good to be true."

It has a few minor scratches on the frame (not the screen itself) & installed with no probs. "I recently purchased the dell 17 inch refurbished monitor. I was under the impression that refurbished meant it had been checked over and ahd passed the tests before resale on Overstock. Apparently not. Would not function properly even after cord replacement and a call to the computer dr. I will say that Overstocks customer service was awesome but I will not be purchasing any other electronic item."
