"Great knife, strong, extremely sharp! We use it daily and wonder how we did without it.
Only problem is how to store it. All our metal knives are on a magnetic holder on the wall. A friend is making a long wooden box with no lid, so it will be easy to grab.

"I was purchasing the knife for someone who is familiar with these knives and raved about them. So, I decided to buy one for myself. It is REALLY sharp! I can't rate it high on durability yet, as I've just received it and only used it a couple of times. I do recommend that you keep it in the sleeve it comes in - I also keep it in the box - because the manufacturer does caution that it breaks easily. So, if you are a careful cook, I'd definitely recommend it. If you are a little lax and rough on your tools, you might want to get a steel blade knife."
