"The chair arrived on time, was easy to assemble, is built solidly, and is very comfortable. I use it 3-4 hours per day. My only regret is that I did not purchase this chair when I bought another from a local office supply store six months ago. (That purchase cost more was poorly built and the weld broke in less than six months)"

"Pros:Very nicely packaged with clear and concise assembly instructions. All I needed was a Philips head screwdriver and the included hex key to assemble it in 10 minutes (including unpacking). The materials have a good finish and feel to them, but there are two main exceptions. I also received the package just under a week after clicking order. (though that's overstock, not the product itself!)Cons:1) The arms seem to have a bit too much give to them when pressure is applied, meaing that they flex outward and down a bit.2) The mesh on the seat seems to have stretched with noticeable sag after just two weeks of use and is no longer taut. I'm no lightweight at 200lbs, but I'm fairly certain this chair is rated for up to 300. I'm going to contact customer service and see if this is an exception or they consider it "wear and tear". I'll update this post with the results. There is a cushion under the mesh so it doesn't become uncomfortable, but I ordered this for the mesh seat, not for mesh over a cushion."

"I'm very happy with this chair. It was easy to assemble, well-made, and good-looking. No complaints. Of interest to pet owners -- so far my cats have shown no interest in getting on this chair, and the little cat hair that has gotten on it brushed off easily. "Wow - what a great chair! I was hesitant to order an office chair online without being able to test it out first, but I think this chair is wonderful. I sit at the computer for 6-8 hours a day and have always had to use a rolled-up towel as a lower back support. "We wanted to replace an old computer chair with something more attractive and more comfortable. Two adults with about 1' difference in height would be using it, so adjustability was important. "Bought this chair after looking at many other ergonomic mesh chairs at much higher prices elsewhere. This chair is great! It was very easy to put together (did it myself in about 30 minutes), and feels very sturdy and of good quality. We love the adjustable arms, and the waterfall seat for maximum comfort. The seat is rather thin as far as padding, but my husband works at home and sits in it for 8 hours plus each day, with no complaints. It looks great in our new office -- we will probably buy another. The price has gone up quite a bit now, though. Must be because it's so popular!"

"These chairs, we bought two, exceeded out expectations. My husband wasn't home when they were delivered so I decided to surprise him and put them together myself...well at least try; I'm in my 60s. The surprise was on me when I was able to assemble both within 40 minutes. The chairs are comfortable and are comparable to more expensive chairs we tested.
