"I was a little confused at first when I received the iPod, there was no owner's manual, start up disc, packing sheet, etc.. A phone call to customer service resolved the issue, but it was still rather irritating to just receive a box with just an iPod. It is working wonderfully, being used daily, and I am satisfied with the product. Thank you for your help in resolving the confusion!!"

"DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. reused and refurbished is stupid its very very used and scratched up as well as broken. you can only hear out of one earphone and its the ipod not the earphones. I tried 4 different pairs of earphones and none of them worked with the ipod but they worked fine on a zune. I am not satisfied at all I waited 10 days for a piece of junk."

"Bad idea!!! I got this for my son for Christmas and have had to return it 2 times. We are now waiting for the 3rd one to be shipped out to us. I wish I would have bought a brand new one for $50 more. It is a month after Christmas and he has used his new Ipod 2 days - one day for each Ipod he had and then they froze up on him. If you do buy a refurbished Ipod - spend the extra $19.99 and get the 2 year extended warranty from Overstock."

"This was a referbished Ipod and it works and had all accessories, however the back was scratched therefore it didn't show as new. Luckily It was a gift for my husband and he didn't mind."

"I bought the refurbished IPod video for my daughter for x-mas. The next day it started having problems. The connection where the head phones goes in is loose and makes it difficult to hear. It has only been one day and I expected it to last longer than that. Even though I bought the warranty, now I have to go to the trouble of sending it back and she will be without it. She just got it for x-mas. This was a bad idea to save $50. I should have just bought a new one."

"The IPod we got was programmed for a Mac, and we didn't know that at all! So programming it with Windows was really difficult. Once we figured out the problem however, we were able to use the iPod with ease. I would definitely recommend."

"I was very excited about receiving my new ipod. Unfortunately, buying refurbished was not such a great idea. You could see little scratches on the back, and I did have to restore it to factory settings when I received it. I could deal with this, but then after downloading all my songs, and using it for a short amount of time my ipod froze. I managed to get it to work again only to have it happen again. I am very disappointed with this product."
