"The black ink dried up after 2 weeks, the color ink is still going strong. I don't know if the black ink was defective. I am a little hesistant about reordering ink from Overstock in the future. Overstock usually sells nothing but the best maybe this is a fluke."

"2 out of the 5 cartridges had spilled inside the sealed bags in the boxes. The other 3 were just fine. They installed fine and print just wonderfully! Great value if all 5 would have been perfect. They were still cheaper than buying the Brother brand."

"This product was shipped in a timely manner and arrived in good shape. I will continue to purchase this ink and do recommend it to my friends and family. My only problem with the ink is that after it is dry, if it happens to get damp, the ink smears. Since I don't usually get my paperwork wet, this is not a big problem for me. I did not notice any advising comments about this problem on the website or on the ink boxes.As always, I enjoy and appreciate shopping at Overstock. I count on (and they deliver) getting a great value for my money."

"The color quality isn't as good as the name brand. In my opinion it doesn't matter if you are only using the printer for basic things. By basic I mean the kids printing out stuff, coupons, directions, forms, etc. However, if you want to create nice presentations with bright colors then you should go for the name brand. Once this cartridge runs out I'll probably purchase another because the price is excellent. Since I've only used the cartridge a few times, I haven't had the opportunity to gauge how long it will last."
