"The product came and the colors were washed out and in the case of the second unit was missing the blue (or it was dry). The price and the mess of returning the item was not worth the problem.This is the second attempt to use the color cartridges and with the price, I just will buy a new HP Cartridge."

"This is a great product and a great price. Works wonderfully. I have one of the older printers and the new ink refills are outrageously priced. I even have the ink to refill my own cartridges but its such a mess. So I just order these at this great price and there it is shipped to my door, no mess, no bother, don't even have to think about it. Pop it in and there it goes, printing out everything I need. Thanks so much for offering these at this fantastic price. I usually order extras just to have on hand. THANKS AGAIN!"

"Bought the HP78 replacement ink cartridges from Overstock. When it came time to use one of them only red and yellow work so color is skewed badly. No cleaning method or priming works yet it's "100%".Don't waste your time or money, while the factory cartridges aren't cheap they at least work."

"I purchased the HP 78 two-pack inkjet cartridge.The ink did not seem to flow as well as a new cartridge would. It produced photo prints that were streaky. Fortunately, I discovered a setting in the printer that allowed me to use more ink (not the same as the graphics option for best quality which I had already set the printer to, as default). I wasted a lot of paper and probably, ink. I don't think the cartridges will last as long as a new one which makes me wonder about the value of this product."

"The remanufactured tri-color ink works fine on my printer. I have no problems with it. I have read some reviews that the ink only print a couple of times before drying it. I haven't had a problem yet. In fact, I have more problems with the "real" HP ink cartridge than the remanufactured ones."

"I have purchased now two recycled color toner cartridges from Overstock and I will not purchase another one. As soon I received my color cartridge and installed it, my printer indicated check color toner cartridge. I am worried about installing the other one because it might say the same thing. I have perform maintenance on my printer just to get it working. That is not right. I will purchase now only the black toner cartridges from overstock. I will go get my color cartridges that say from HP only."

"They don't work properly. the color is not true and it is not functioning properly. I utilize them for copies of sheets that need filing and that is alright, but they should work much better than they do. I run a Mission Center and this is a business expense. I think they are a terrific bargain, but they don't function properly and in true color as advertised. I think if I complained they would replace them, but I don't want to cause problems."

"The first cartridge dis not work and the second printed only about 10 pages before going bad. There is supposedly a 1 year warranty on them bet there is no address to return them. Unfortunately I had them past the date to return them to Overstock."

"I have one installed and it seems to work ok. Test page was normal. My printer does not recognize that it is installed. It still show "Need color Ink"."

"According to the specifications, these cartridges were supposed to work in my printer. Neither worked in my printer. I'm wondering if it's because they are remanufactured?"

"I have 2 printers that use these. Often (40% of the time) you put the cartridge into the printer and the ink cartridge light blinks and the printer refuses to print. Both printers agree on a given cartridge, but once you get the blinking light, it isn't going to work"

"After seeing all of the good reviews for these refurbished color cartridges for my HP printer, I bought 2 of them. The first cartridge printed no color at all. The second one printed all color as yellow and green. Horrible. I have not had any good luck with refurbished color ink jet cartridges for HP from any 3rd party distributor. These were by far the worst. I could not even use them. What's worse, I bought them as backups, did not open and test them when they arrrive, so the return period has long since passed. This is my first unhappy purchase ever from Overstock. I will say that I purchased the HP 45 (black) at the same time and those seem to be working fine."

"I ordered the twin pack and one of the cartridges had no yellow ink and the other had no magenta. Overstock credited my account. Great customer service but I will probably not order ink cartridges on line again."
