"These replacement cartridges seem no different from manufacturer's brand cartridges, fit perfectly and the color is very good. I'd say they are an excellent value. I may never buy brand names again."

"After seeing all of the good reviews for these refurbished color cartridges for my HP printer, I bought 2 of them. The first cartridge printed no color at all. The second one printed all color as yellow and green. Horrible. I have not had any good luck with refurbished color ink jet cartridges for HP from any 3rd party distributor. These were by far the worst. I could not even use them. What's worse, I bought them as backups, did not open and test them when they arrrive, so the return period has long since passed. This is my first unhappy purchase ever from Overstock. I will say that I purchased the HP 45 (black) at the same time and those seem to be working fine."

"These ink cartridges are just as good as brand new cartridges. I was hesitant at first to try a remanufactured cartridge but for the price and quality it was well worth it! I also like the fact that it contributes to recycling."

"I ordered the twin pack and one of the cartridges had no yellow ink and the other had no magenta. Overstock credited my account. Great customer service but I will probably not order ink cartridges on line again."

"I ordered this product and after receiving it promptly, was dismayed to find one of the cartridges not working. I thought to myself, "here we go again...more money lost at internet purchases!"
I called Overstock and found the staff very helpful and courteous. They immediately redeemed the problem and sent another cartridge out the next day.

"These cartridges came and I could not believe that the quality was so good. They were very full with ink and they print beautifully.
