"I ordered this product and after receiving it promptly, was dismayed to find one of the cartridges not working. I thought to myself, "here we go again...more money lost at internet purchases!"
I called Overstock and found the staff very helpful and courteous. They immediately redeemed the problem and sent another cartridge out the next day.

"These cartridges came and I could not believe that the quality was so good. They were very full with ink and they print beautifully. These cartridges if bought in the store would cost almost 40 dollars for 1. You get the deal of a lifetime when you buy these. I couldn't wait to tell my friends about this great deal.
