"We bought the black bed for our 65 pound black lab. She curls up in it and I cannot find her, but we also don't see any dog hair :) She really does like it. She snuggles in with her chin resting on the edge and looks very pleased with the world. Nice bed. I am very happy with the thickness of the padding and the overall quality. Best of all it was made in the USA!"

"Good product for the money. I plan on buying another. Besides another 6 year old donut shaped bed this is the only one my dogs will use. The burgundy color is more brown but for the cost that's not a big issue."

"My 3 whippets love it. I bought a similar bed, except with the front side open, and they definitely prefer this one, with all sides enclosed. It is their favorite! I will probably have to get 2 more, one for each dog, so they won't have to have staring contests when one of them gets in it before the others! The only drawback is washing it, I will probably hose it down and hang outside to dry."

"My dog who is a 10 years old bassett hound, likes it , and sleeps on it every day, and that is enough for me to give it 5 stars. I like its appearance and it feels comfy. I gave 4 stars for durability, because I only had it for 2 weeks, so I can't tell how durable it will be. I t looks durable. It will not fit into my washer or dryer."

"Our 12-yr.-old Doberman LOVES her new bed! We are very glad we purchased the x-large because she has room to s-t-r-e-t-c-h out. Although we haven't tried washing it yet, it seems very durable. We got the green, and it is a nice forest green shade. We would have had to pay well over $100 for the same size and quality bed at any pet store. It is an excellent value, and I heartily recommend it for your medium-to-large dog (our girl is @65 lbs.). We will be getting a smaller version for our small dog."

"Loved the beds but my two Great Danes are lo large to really get comfortable in them. It's a riot trying to see them turn into a small enough ball to get in. Mostly they opt for their older larger beds."

"In our household of 3 cats and 3 dogs, these beds are in high demand. At any given time at least one of the animals is sleeping on it. I got the large, (60") and it is huge. The 70# lab mix fits easily with room to spare. Very cushy and comfy, by all appearances."

"I think this is a great bed for dogs. I have a boxer-mastiff mix and she loves it. We were looking for something with sides on it, because she likes to prop her head up. This was perfect. It did take a few tried to get used to it, but now it is no problem. It is easy to was and the bottom has a great material on it to keep it from sliding to much if it was on hardwood floors."

"Everything about this dog bed is perfect, EXCEPT there isn't a removable cover. Yes they say you can throw the whole thing in the washer/dryer, but not my washer/dryer! I'd have to get it professionally cleaned, and it's just not worth it. I might make an improvised cover out of an old sheet or something...we'll see if I can get motivated to do that. Dog loves it, bagel style is perfect. Just missing a zip-off cover, which is why I give it 4 instead of 5 stars."

"Bought the 40" bed for a not yet full grown St Bernard (about 130 lbs). The stuffing is chintzy so it doesn't offer great support. Also, the sides take up much of the 40", leaving not much room for a big dog to curl up. This product was a bust - dog prefers to sleep on floor if given the choice between that and the bed. Had better success with memory foam dog bed, also from Overstock."

"I ordered the khaki which to me isn't a true khaki color - has a green tint to it. The middle stuffing is lopsided and no matter how I try to even it out, it's staying lopsided. The edges aren't as sturdy as I though they would be - they scrunch down, but my doxie likes to hang her head over the edge so I guess it's ok if she likes it. The beagle climbed in within 30 seconds of my putting it on the floor and curled up for a nap. I carry it from upstairs to downstairs so they have access to it at all times. The beagle will sleep in it at night sometimes, the doxie refuses to sleep in it at night. This, however, has nothing to do with the product, but the dog's personality. Perhaps we could purchase a new one of those? I haven't washed it yet, so can't tell how it will do after washing it. I do have a front loader so don't anticipate any problems fitting it in there. All in all, satisfied."

"This bed took awhile to flatten out after shipping. I actually almost returned it, because it was almost like our Golden was sitting in a boat. It took her a little while to get used to it, and to flatten it out, but I think she now really likes the security of it. She also likes to hide her toys in it, so I guess she's happy! It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, and I'm not sure how easy it will be to wash, but overall I like the dog bed, and it's neutral and unobtrusive in our living room."

"After reading the reviews and noting the comments on the size, I ordered the large bed for my medium sized dog (about 45 pounds, 22 inches long from base of neck to base of tail). Good move. Although she doesn't lie in it as often as I hoped, she seems happy and very comfortable when she does. The bed is cushy and soft, and allows your dog to curl up inside, stretch out, or hang just its head out. If you are thinking about getting a bed for your medium sized pet (about the size of mine) then the large is the way to go. I thinks its a pretty good value when compared to similar items that may be available at local pet stores or online."
