"I am unhappy with this earpiece because it doesn't have the the lil' ear hook.It kinda falls on ur ear and dangles.The hovering over the ear effect gives you the feeling that It'll fall off.I love the pink color.It came w/ a car and wall charger which was great.But overall I would not recommend this to a friend."

"Pros: Easy set up,Comes with a car charger and two home charger's,fit's good on my ear... If you have a ringtone on your phone and have your bluetooth in it play's the ringtone instead of just beeping like my old jabra bluetooth did...Cons: If you start walking away from your phone it get's alot of static... So be prepared to keep your phone close to you...I love this product other then the static..."

"I have owned this product before but I washed it in a pant's pocket. Although it came on after that it would not reconnect. I liked the device very much and wanted to replace it. I liked the price and availability offered by Overstock. It was cheaper than any other place I looked. It arrived within 3 days."

"This is the second H500 that I have bought. And still love it. The only reason that I had to replace the old one was I left it in my pants pocket and it went through the washer and dryer. Of course, it didn't work after that. :) But with the clarity and ease of connection and use that this bluetooth has, it is a perfect fit for me. I would recommend this bluetooth to anyone. And I received this order sooner than expected."

"I'm not sure if it matters or not, but I have a Motorola cell phone. I have had few issues with people complaining they couldn't hear me; for the most part the audio quality has been fine on both ends. I know that this unit does all kinds of things a Luddite like me will never figure out. All I really wanted it for was for use while driving and so I don't have to dig in my purse for my cell phone while shopping.

If you leave it turned on and throw it in your purse with your cell phone, sometimes it takes it upon itself to make phone calls, so beware!"

"This is my first experience with a Bluetooth headset so I don't have anything to compare it to. I will say that I am very pleased with this product. Call quality is clear and it's easy to use. It connected easily to my RazrV3. The added travel charger and car charger were a great bonus since they charge my phone as well as the headset. The headset is smaller than most of the other ones that I've seen on people and it doesn't have that Star Trek look to it. Plus, I got the pink one which made me even happier about this purchase. Highly recommended product!"

"I bought this because I am in the car alot. The people I talk to say that they can't really hear me, but I can hear them just fine. I have small ears so it slips off my ear from time to time, but to be able to be hands free while I am driving and take a call by pressing a button on my ear is great. Even it it means I have to call a client back, at least I don't miss a call. I also live in a rural area where the reception on my phone itself isn't that great sometimes, so it is difficult to tell how good it is in the the city. I can't wait to try it out on a long drive. Coupled with voice dialing it is a great way to communicate while driving."

"You need a headset now when driving- its the law. Its the basic - you can't hear 100% but its ok. The packaging came in a big box, no packing slip. We bought this one to replace another that the rubber part of the earpiece is breaking, I guess this will happen in two years from now too."

"Way too much static! Waste of money! It does not have a clear reception. It picks up on every little detail and makes static noises when walking outside. Very disappointed"
