"I Love this waffler. Its simple to use and produces perfect waffle every time. Must be the flip over feature, because my old one was inconsistant and you often had to pry the waffles out. We like it so much that we've had waffles every Sunday since we bought it. Usually I am leary of remanufactured stuff but the price was so good I bought it anyway. Try tossing a big handful of chopped pecans into the batter!! EXCELLENT"

"The Belgian Waffle Maker by Waring Professional works great. My fiance and I are beginning to collect household items for our new home together and she always talks about wanting to make waffles. The waffles turned out great. A beep indicates when you should stop cooking and it is perfect timing. It makes the waffle into a nice golden brown. I couldn't be happier. It is a lot more sturdy then I thought it would be and it's slender design makes it easy to put away."

If you LOVE the Belgian waffles that are available at hotels where you make your own, or at restaurants, you absolutely will love this wafflemaker! They are as big as a plate, and they freeze great, so that all you have to do is pop them in the toaster (on medium setting) and they are as crisp and light as when you first make them! I prefer doing this than to store the leftover batter in the fridge, and you can have them within a few seconds. We have a toaster oven, so we don't have to worry about having a toaster that's wide enough to accomodate these HUGE YUMMY waffles! Just make sure that if you are planning to freeze them, that you cool them completely and place them on a paper towel to remove any condensation. Then just store them in a gallon size freezer bag, and use them as you need to. This may SEEM expensive to buy, but considering how much you pay for frozen cardboard tasting waffles, it is so worth it!
I don't use the recipes in the user manual. YEAST?! No, just use the waffle recipe on even the cheapest box of pancake waffle mix! I bought a box of Jiffy mix and it works GREAT! I add a bit of vanilla to the batter, though, but that's optional.
Can you tell how much I love this product? OH! and my family does too! The fact that they freeze so well is a definite PLUS, but that's IF you have batter left over! If you do, don't throw it away, even if it's just one that you freeze, someone will enjoy it :9"

"Our unit had been remanufactured but worked well. We sometimes experienced problems with the timer not sounding in union with the ready light but it always turned out great waffels. It takes a little while to work out the habits of the unit but after that it is a joy to operate. We learned to make extra waffels and keep them in the refrigerator or frezzer for a treat on short notice. The waffels warm up very well ina regular toaster."

"I love this waffle maker! It is very easy to use and clean, and on top of that the waffles are awesome. They come out thick and fluffy, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. It is more expensive than the generic flat waffle makers but is well worth the extra."
