"This floor lamp has noise when it turns on. Light is not bright enough than I expect. Quality looks cheap if you compare to the price. The reason I keep this lamp because I threw away the orignal pack."

"I bought this so that I could see details (printed documents, etc.) at my desk. The overhead light, even though very bright, isn't enough to help me see the tiny text that I can no longer see without natural light. This lamp is great for that. I may purchase another!"

"I just love this lamp! Its easy to assemble and the level of brightness fit for studying, reading or simply light up the room. With rotatable angle, it is able to light up half of my bedroom and I just love the natural color it gives my room. It is also not easily hot. Its just that, it is a little short. 2-4 inch more would be excellent. But for now, this is a very good product!"

"This is a great lamp but you can not put it together to use it!
The bolt that comes with the lamp that you use to screw the base into the pole of the lamp is too large! It will not go in. It is a 8.125 and it needs a 7.125. We have checked several hardware stores and this size bolt is not available. I would not recommend buying this particular lamp unless you intend on leaving it in the box and watching it lay on the floor. The price is great. We got the first lamp, asked for a second same bolt problem then contacted Overstock about the bolt they sent the same bolt."

"This lamp is quite easy to assemble, and it is also easy to disasemble, which I had to do when the bulb on my first lamp wouldn't illuminate after two days of use. I used the (very responsive) customer/support chat on the website to order a replacement and returned the original in the replacement packaging. I haven't been able to return anything else I've bought online (because of shipping difficulties) so that was a refreshing change.
Anyway, the lamp's light is noticably whiter than from standard illumination, and is bright - so the product does what it intends to. It has a solid, heavy base and a sturdy posable arm, and (I think) is excellent value. The lamp's grey plastic look definitely isn't glamourous in the daytime, but it makes a great impression when it's on."

"It was easy to assemble. I was disappointed in the quality of the structure of the lamp. I turned it on and it worked for a very short while. When I tried to turn the lamp back on, it would not work. I even tried several other outlets just in case. I plan to return this item - hassle to have to return it."
