"This faucet arrived and I thought I loved it until another style I ordered arrived. This model is a solid color, no rubbed edges. The color is a mix of dark mahogany/ dark brown almost black. The finish is a bit of a matte finish. It is very dark but when the light shines on it, it has a mahogany tone. Very pretty just not easy to match with the light fixtures on the market. Mostly because of the slight matte finish and no rubbed edges. Not rustic looking at all. A classy, clean look. I prefer the rustic look. A good price and looks like it is made pretty well. I just wanted to explain the color for better understanding."

"We bought one of these faucets for our spare bathroom. It looks great. The coloring is more of a very dark, blackish solid; there is not much (if any) variation. Pretty much what it looks like in the picture. We are very happy with it. It was the first faucet that my husband or I had ever installed, so it took us quite a while, but in the end, it works, feels, and looks great! Also, we had one rubber piece that was very leaky and couldn't be tightened, so we just had to use the same piece from our old faucet. It might have just been a defect in our set, but if it happens to you, don't get frustrated, the set you just removed probably has the same components."

"I was very impressed with the finish of this faucet. for the money, a very good buy. My only issue was the drain tube leaked and required modification on my part to stop the leaking.
