"This was a purchase for my grandchildren and turned out to be very disappointing. It will not not work inside at all. It has to be used outside with stakes, which isn't doable for me because of the worry for snakes and bugs getting in (we live in the woods). I thought this would be fun the the kids, but it wasn't. I wish I had taken into account what the other reviewers had said about this tent. I would not recommend this to anyone."

"My 2 year old and my 9 year old both enjoy this tent! Plenty of room to just hang out, have lunch and play pretend! We have only used this indoors on the rug but it seems durable enough to use outdoors. Initial set up was easier than I expected with easy to follow intructions. (self-explanatory pictures) Set up time for me is about 10-15 minutes. Shipping time was 4 days. I bought this on sale so that was an added plus. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase!"

"I bought this as a present to my 3 year old son, and he has not taken it down since his birthday! He absolutly loves it. He has older cousins (8-10) and they loved playing in it too! I know he'll be using this tent for more than just a couple of years, it is a fun toy, where he can use his imagination! We have it outside in the back yard or in his room, either way it holds up great, I love having the little windows to better view him while he is playing in it."

"We purchased this for our grandchild and it has already scored a home run. We have it inside at the moment in a cabin in the woods - as we are in a hot part of the country and it is cooler where we have it set up. But we intend to take it out for the day when fall is here. "The only difficulty with this tent is getting the pennant on top to unfurl after it being rolled tightly for packing. This tent was easy to set up, and is of good quality. We purchased it as an indoor play tent for our son, and he loves it. It's also surprisingly large. (We were able to fit 3 adults and one toddler inside -- although you wouldn't want to spend hours that way.) There's plenty of space for a couple of kids to play. The side vents allow for a lot of air circulation, and the "skylights" on the top of the pavillion help keep it from being too dark. We were thrilled with this product."

"I can't comment on the construction and safety because I haven't seen it personally. This was a long-distance gift for my 2-year old Grandson. My son called me up and told me he "absolutely loves" this; to the extent that when his dad got inside my grandson "evicted" him and wouldn't let him get back in. It must be pretty big for my 6'4" son to get inside. Appears to be something parents can play with their kids, always a wonderful plus. For these resons alone I gave this a five star rating for fun at a really affordable price."
