"this is a wonderful product I read the previous reviews before I purchased it and I am glad I did I was going to purchase a cheaper product ,this is sharp,I like the case its easy to use and safe as long as you use the part that holds the fruit or veggies it is well worth the money,I look forward to many years of slicing"

"This is a great mandolin. The day it was delivered we made scallop potatoes. They were so quick and easy to make. Before, it would take forever to slice the potatoes by hand, but now, its so easy and fast. I have already recommended this to my friends. This is the one to buy, it is solid and very well built. It even comes with its own carrying case, easy to store in the pantry dust free! You won't be disappointed!!!!"
