"The exterior of the bag looks sharp. Very nice for business trips or quick getaways. However, the internal lining is pretty cheap and flimsy. I expected a little better. I carried the bag on one way and checked it the way back and the bag held up just fine."

"I bought the 3 piece set a year ago and the carry on sized luggage has completely fallen apart one year later. Fabric has torn and zippers are problematic. It is not durable and I can not recommend this brand of luggage."

"This bag looks great. Compartments and zippered pockets are good, however, the second time I ever used this piece of luggage, I picked it up by the top handle and it broke off. The top handle is essential for lifting the bag!! There is no way to fix it, as the metal pin anchoring the handle broke."

"The handle to this luggage broke on its first use. We picked it up at baggage claim, and half the handle was unattached. We haven't been able to fix it. We had also purchased an identical one for my other child which did hold up well for the duration of that trip and another since. My guess is it's a luck of the draw situation, so if you want to buy this bag, save some warranty information. Wish I had."

"This was purchased as a rolling book bag and not for a suitcase. School hasn't started yet but the bag it replaced is not even up to the game compared to the new bag. When you buy something from a picture you take a gamble and this one turned out to be a royal flush. However after checking it out we will definetly be using it as a weekend getaway bag. I promise you it will never fly the friendly skys or unfriendly for that matter. It really was a good deal and much appreciated surprise. Thank you."

"it smells. I bought two, one for each son. I got tired of buying the cheap travel kid bags, so I thought I'd bump them up to an actual suitcase that can go on the airplane. It's really wonderful, and it seems like it will be durable. Of course, it hasn't seen the airplane yet, but I'm hopeful. HOWEVER, and really, it's a bigger however than I would have thought, it stinks like gas. We've had a few toys with this smell, and I think it's either cheap plastic or cheap rubber or something along those lines. I have left them outside overnight to no avail. I would give the product all 5 stars if it didn't stink so much."

"This is the perfect "step up" suitcase for my 10-year old son. The suitcase he was using was a cheap brand and it fell apart after a year of minimal use. I got this suitcase for just a little more money, and it is clearly made way better. I also think it would be fine for an adult, although I personally prefer something a little more attractive."
