"I was unable to use either cartridge. My printer kept saying the cartridge needed replaced even when I put the new ones in. Could not use at all. I plan on sticking with new ones and not these."

"My printer will not recognize it and will not show the ink level. I had to put it in the printer 5 times before it would work. I will not buy this type of ink again. I feel i should get some kind of compensation. I have bought before from you and have had no problems."

"This will not work in my HP printer. It allowed me to print about 20 copies and now my printer says there is a printer error and will not clear the error until a genuine HP cartridge is installed. No where on the cartridge or packaging does it tell a brand of any sort."
