"Plain and simple, these cartridges do not work at all. My Lexmark would not even recognize these cartridges. I cannot under any circumstance recommend this product."

"I can not tell any difference in the refrurbished or the new ones. I know some people have experienced some problems, but for me personally, I have not. I must recommend the refurbished cartridges until I get a bad one, if ever."
