"Who thought anyone would be happy with a vacuum? I am loving our new dyson. It is refurbished but the only evidence of that are some wear marks when I take off the canister (so never seen) and the power button is a little sticky. (I haven't taken the time to use goo-gone on it yet.)I love how clean my floors are now! And we were impressed with all the attachments. The manual is mostly pictures so not sure what all the attachments should be used for but that's OK. We can't believe the power to pick up stuff that this vacuum has! We'll be Dyson fans forever. :)"

"I purchased this vacuum about a month ago and it was a great decision. The amount of dirt it picked up after using my old vacuum was amazing. I have a smaller house and had filled the container up before I even finished. Tools and attachments work great , especially the pet hair tool. If you are thinking about buying one, just buy it already."

"Our previous vacuum finally went out on us, and with three dogs that come inside every night we needed a replacement that would keep up with the mess and hair. This vacuum did not disappoint at all! Not only did it get up the dog hair, but it also got up all the old carpet fibers and everything else left behind by our old vacuum. The Dyson cleans all the way against the wall, and the attachments are easy to use. You can ever turn off the beater bar and clean hardwood or tile floors, which makes getting the whole house clean a lot quicker."

"My wife and I bought this when we realized that our old vacuum wasn't doing its job properly. As the owners of an active, 3-year-old dog, our floors generally have dog hair, leaves, dirt, etc. on them. However, the Dyson does a great job getting all of this unwanted stuff off of the floor. "I love this new vacuum. The suction is great. We have a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy and this vacuum will pick up all the fur. In addition to the dog we live out in the country and there is a lot of dust and dirt. I never realized how much of it made it into my carpet! When I vacuum with the Dyson I am amazed at how much dirt that it has picked up. The one thing that I didn't like there is no manual for all the attachments. I can figure out how to attach them but nothing states what they are best used for."

"So far so good - took a few minutes of head scratching to figure out how to put it together but once we had it going wowee! Sucked up tons of dirt on the first pass. Only negative is the small bin to collect debris (and the dog tried to attack it but that's not the vacuum's fault ). Really amazed at the amount of dirt and hair this thing sucks up -- great if you have pets (or messy kids). Refurbished but looks brand new and works great!"

"We bought this because we couldn't get up all our cat's hair. The vacuum is great and we're amazed at how much it picks up. My only complaint is that the extendable wand is a little short for me and I have to bend over more to use the attachments. I would also like a more complete instruction book. I'm still not sure which attachments do what and will have to call about that. Otherwise, it's the best vacuum we've had in a long time."

"I love this vacumn. I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a "used" item, but the price was right. I was not dissapointed. It appears brand new, very clean. I also was unsure about the ability of the dyson to go from bare floors to area rugs because of the powerful suction. No problem, it compensates very well. As someone else mentioned it is heavy, but not unmanageable. And the amount of cat hair it picks up is remarkable."

"I was very disappointed with the appearance of my Dyson when I received it. Aren't Refurbished appliances supposed to be cleaned and tested? The roller in the front was full of long black hair (we have blond hair). There was a huge clog in the hose of the vacuum that we had to scoop out little by little with a wire coat hanger. THAT was disgusting. We didn't know what we were going to find. It was a chunk of glass with hair, etc. This vacuum cleaner wasn't even cleaned or tested - since it was sent out in that condition. The vacuum cleaner itself (since we got the clog out) works great so there was no reason to send it back. I know a brand new one cost a lot more but you would think for $200+ it would've at least been TESTED and CLEANED!!"
