"My husband needed a new system for the garage. I was looking for something inexpensive since I knew it would be kept and used in the garage. I looked at this system several times before I actually bought it. I was looking at other systems and their details. The Phillips system was a great buy. It was very sleek and wall mountable. "My wife loves it to death!! However, if you're standing directly in front of the system, you can't read the display screen! You have to stand off to the side to read the time, function or station. Other than that, I even like it."

"The Philips Wall-Mountable system works good for the price. If you have a small apartment or house this would be perfect but if you are looking to fill a larger area with sound i would try another radio. A couple buttons on the remote didn't work when i got it but overall a good purchase."

"The CD door does not open and the battery compartment in the remote will not open. Hence, can not use the CD and when the battery runs out will discard the remote. A very bad buy."

"This system is cool for a small area such as a bedroom. I wouldn't put in a large area because the sound doesn't travel well when its up loud. I love how compact it is. I hung it on my wall so it takes up no space at all. This is ideal for a dorm room. The base boost is a great feature on this system, it really made a difference."

"Good purchase. Sound is good for the one room, you could not expect more from the smaller speakers so it works for the intended reason I purchased it. Radio is great, the best reception I have ever had in the mountains where I live. The remote is on the cheap side...hope I can replace it when necessary."
