"I travel over 200k miles a year for business. I go through all other branded carry on bags about every 4 months. This bag lasts through it all. II've been using this guy's "big brother" for the past 18 months without a single challenge.It fits in every type aircraft, including those nasty commuter jets that have little to no space. Briggs & Riley has a return/repair policy that has no restrictions. It breaks, return it, they repair it. . They stand by their product, replacing any normal wear and tear, so buy with confidence.The bag IS small, but for me, perfect for a 2 day trip. I've got one and am ordering two more for my mother and my husband to use on those rare trips when they travel. Buy with confidence that the quality is there, the price is INSANE, as retail on this product is $239.00 and it looks great wheeling down any airport!"
