"I am not a plumber, or very handy with things like this. I would recommend you look at the instructions and look up instructions on the internet for installing such things before you start. You do need plumber’s putty and you need to know where and how to use it. I took out the old faucet and installed the new one in about two hours. This was preparation and clean up time included. This is a great value and it looks great installed!"

"I bought this to replace a leaky faucet and had it installed by a handyman. The installation was effortless (for him) and was done in about 30 minutes. I THINK he said that was because the unit was "washerless" but I'm not sure about that.
The hot/cold handle controls move much more smoothly than any other faucet I have and the unit has a very classy look to it. I'm really happy with this purchase and I'd do it all over again!"

"Faucet was exactly as advertised. I had seen instore products virtually identical but much higher in price. It came on time as well. One odd thing, the tiny pushtabs for "hot" and "cold" that get placed on the handles, were fragile. One of the pushtabs broke. but other than that, the faucet is beautiful and the instructions that came with it werre very clear and easy to use."
